About Us
Lizette’s Floral Studio is a boutique florist in Ooltewah, Tennessee, serving Chattanooga and the surrounding communities with thoughtfully designed flowers for everyday moments, celebrations, weddings, sympathy tributes, and everything in between.
Founded by floral designer Lizette Marlow, the studio grew from a love of flowers, creativity, and connecting with people. Today, our talented team creates lush, garden-inspired designs with beautiful color, unexpected texture, and natural movement. Our work is guided by the seasons, and whenever possible, we incorporate seasonal and locally grown flowers and foliage.
But Lizette’s Floral Studio is about more than flowers. We’ve created a welcoming place where you can choose a bouquet, find a thoughtful gift, plan wedding or event flowers, attend a floral workshop, or simply stop in to see what’s blooming.
We believe flowers have an incredible way of becoming part of the moments we remember, and it’s an honor to create them for our customers and our community.

My creative background began in graphic design, but flowers eventually became the medium I fell in love with most. What started as designing flowers from my home grew into a storefront and a talented floral team here in Ooltewah—something I never imagined when I first began.
I’m drawn to flowers that feel natural, garden-inspired, and full of movement. I love beautiful color, unexpected textures, and allowing the seasons to influence what we create. To me, floral design is another form of art, but what makes it especially meaningful is knowing that our flowers become part of people’s lives.
We’re there for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, new babies, celebrations and accomplishments. We’re also trusted with flowers during some of life’s most difficult moments. That’s something I never take for granted.
I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that allows me to be creative while connecting with the people in my community. What began at my kitchen table has become something I’m very proud of, and I’m grateful for every person who allows our studio to be a small part of their story.

Substitution Policy
Our photos represent the overall style, color palette, and feel of each design. Because flowers are seasonal and availability can vary due to weather and market conditions, the exact flowers shown may not always be available. Some designs may also feature unique or one-of-a-kind containers that cannot be exactly replicated.
When substitutions are necessary, our designers will preserve the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement, using flowers and/or containers of equal or greater value whenever possible.
If a particular flower, color, or design element is especially important to your order, please include that information in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
Delivery Policy
Lizette’s Floral Studio offers local flower delivery Monday through Friday throughout Ooltewah, Chattanooga, and many surrounding communities within approximately 25 miles of our studio.
Same-day delivery is available for many locations when orders are placed before our daily cutoff times. For deliveries within 0–9 miles of the studio, please order by 11:00 AM. For deliveries 10–19 miles away, please order by 10:00 AM. Same-day delivery to locations 20–25 miles away may be limited based on distance and availability.
Delivery fees are based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we are happy to consider special timing requests and will do our best to accommodate them. Deliveries to businesses, schools, hospitals, funeral homes, gated communities, and other facilities may be subject to their individual receiving policies and hours.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient phone number, and any helpful delivery instructions when placing your order. If we are unable to complete a delivery due to an incorrect address, inability to access the property, or inability to safely leave the flowers, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges when appropriate. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss any concerns.
To receive an exchange, the original floral arrangement must be returned to Lizette’s Floral Studio. Once the original arrangement is returned, we will prepare the approved replacement. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of confirmed quality issues.
If a refund is issued as an exception, it will be processed promptly. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (423) 541-2922, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (423) 541-2922 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely regret that the floral tribute for your brother’s funeral did not meet your expectations.
As per your request, I created a large 44”x 22” rendition of an antique car. At no point in our conversation did we discuss using styrofoam, as I only use high-quality materials. I chose sturdy materials to ensure longevity, especially given the funeral was the next day and out of state.
When I sent you photos and videos of the arrangement, your response was not negative. Had you expressed any concerns at that time, we could have worked together to find a solution.
While I understand this may not have aligned with your vision, I aimed to reflect my artistic garden style using beautiful flowers. I appreciate the opportunity to create something special and am truly sorry for any disappointment this has caused. I will issue a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
