1.Daily Hand Delivery: Delivered fresh every day.

We deliver daily to ensure your arrangements arrive vibrant and beautiful. Our goal is always to hand-deliver flowers directly to a person whenever possible to guarantee immediate care and enjoyment.

2.Care & Temperature Protection: Preserving peak freshness.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our drivers evaluate the weather and location safety. We never leave arrangements exposed to extreme temperatures or unsafe conditions that could compromise their freshness.

3.Personal Follow-Up: If we miss you.

If we are unable to hand-deliver your flowers, we will give you or the recipient a call right away. Together, we’ll decide the best next steps—whether that's arranging a preferred re-delivery time or finding a safe, secure spot—to ensure the flowers are received timely and at peak freshness.

4.Same-Day Delivery Options: Order by 10:00 AM Mon-Fri.

Because our coolers are stocked daily with a fresh, abundant selection of blooms on hand, we are pleased to offer Same-Day Delivery for order requests placed before 10:00 AM, Monday through Friday. *Orders placed after 10:00 AM or on weekends will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
