Growing up in the floral industry, my playground, first job, and teacher of life lessons was a world of petals, stems, and vibrant color. My family's matriarch was the head of our family and the driving force behind me pursuing education, becoming well-rounded, graceful, and an intentional businesswoman in any business that I have embarked upon. She insisted on the highest standards, which made learning and perfecting my craft under her watchful eye both important and meaningful. She taught me that flower arranging isn't just about design; it’s an art form rooted in balance, warmth, and genuine love. She taught me that connection with people helps fuel the art of floral creation. That same care extends to the people I serve. I truly love getting to know my customers, hearing their stories, and bringing their visions to life. Our family matriarch also taught me to always remain a business rooted in faith. Substitution Policy
At our studio, every floral design is a unique work of art crafted with love, warmth, and attention to detail.
While our product photos reflect the exact overall style, color palette, and feel of our arrangements, nature sometimes has its own timeline! Factors like weather, seasonality, and local market availability can occasionally impact the exact flowers or unique containers we have in stock.
When a substitution is necessary, our promise to you is simple:
Preserving the Vision: We will always maintain the overall style, theme, balance, and color scheme of the arrangement you chose.
Equal or Higher Value: Any substituted bloom or vase will always be of equal or greater value—never less.
The Matriarch Standard: Every piece is arranged with the utmost care to ensure the final product is just as stunning and heartfelt as the photo.

Delivery Policy
At our studio, delivering your flowers with care and respect is just as important as crafting them. Our dedicated delivery drivers are committed to representing our family values, treating every recipient and property with kindness, professionalism, and courtesy.
1.Daily Hand Delivery: Delivered fresh every day.
We deliver daily to ensure your arrangements arrive vibrant and beautiful. Our goal is always to hand-deliver flowers directly to a person whenever possible to guarantee immediate care and enjoyment.
2.Care & Temperature Protection: Preserving peak freshness.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our drivers evaluate the weather and location safety. We never leave arrangements exposed to extreme temperatures or unsafe conditions that could compromise their freshness.
3.Personal Follow-Up: If we miss you.
If we are unable to hand-deliver your flowers, we will give you or the recipient a call right away. Together, we’ll decide the best next steps—whether that's arranging a preferred re-delivery time or finding a safe, secure spot—to ensure the flowers are received timely and at peak freshness.
4.Same-Day Delivery Options: Order by 10:00 AM Mon-Fri.
Because our coolers are stocked daily with a fresh, abundant selection of blooms on hand, we are pleased to offer Same-Day Delivery for order requests placed before 10:00 AM, Monday through Friday. *Orders placed after 10:00 AM or on weekends will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Refund Policy
Your complete satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Because fresh flowers are natural, perishable gifts, we take great care to ensure they arrive at peak beauty and quality.
If you or your recipient are ever unsatisfied with the condition of your arrangement, please call our studio directly within 2 days of your delivery date.
Because every situation and floral design is unique, speaking with you personally allows us to listen, understand what happened, and quickly find the best course of action—whether that means a fresh replacement, a store credit, or a refund. We are here to make it right!

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
