A Ray of Sunshine Floral is a family-owned floral studio in Hilliard, Ohio, created around one belief... flowers bring comfort, joy, and connection. Inspired by our youngest child, our “ray of sunshine,” our shop was built to offer designs filled with warmth, heart, and meaning. We create floral arrangements for weddings, birthdays, new babies, sympathy occasions, and everyday deliveries throughout Hilliard, Dublin, Columbus, and surrounding areas. Along with a small selection of ready-made bouquets, we design thoughtful, personalized pieces that reflect the emotion behind each moment. As a local florist, relationships matter as much as design. We take time to understand your needs and create flowers that say what words sometimes cannot... bringing beauty, care, and light into life’s important moments.
Tamim and Vicki are the husband-and-wife team behind A Ray of Sunshine Floral, a family-owned shop rooted in the Hilliard community. Together, they built the business around the belief that flowers should feel personal, meaningful, and connected to the people they serve. Tamim brings vision, structure, and a background in business operations and customer service, while Vicki leads with creativity, warmth, and a natural eye for beauty and detail. As parents and lifelong caregivers at heart, they see flowers as a way to express what words sometimes cannot... love, comfort, celebration, and remembrance. Their shared goal is simple... to create thoughtful floral designs that help people feel seen, supported, and uplifted during life’s most important moments.

Substitution Policy
At A Ray of Sunshine Floral, each arrangement is created using fresh, seasonal blooms and designed with care. While we make every effort to replicate the style shown, exact flower varieties, colors, or containers cannot always be guaranteed due to availability and quality standards.
We reserve the right to make substitutions as needed.
When this happens, the overall style, color palette, and feel of the arrangement will be maintained. Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and chosen to preserve the integrity of the design.
Specific flowers, vases, or design elements are not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance. If there are details that are especially important to you, please include them at checkout or contact us prior to placing your order to verify availability.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that substitutions may be necessary to ensure the freshest and highest-quality result.
Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery throughout Hilliard and surrounding Columbus areas. Delivery availability and fees are based on distance and calculated at checkout.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the next available delivery day. During holidays or high-volume periods, delivery windows may be extended.
Requested delivery times are not guaranteed. All orders are delivered within a general route-based window.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, missing details, restricted access, or recipient unavailability.
To protect the quality of the arrangement, we may attempt to contact the recipient (when appropriate) to confirm availability, especially during extreme temperatures. If the recipient cannot be reached or is unavailable, we may leave the delivery in a safe, weather-appropriate location at our discretion.
If we determine that leaving the arrangement would compromise its quality or safety, the order will be returned to the studio and redelivery will require an additional delivery fee.
Once an arrangement is delivered, or left at the delivery location, we are not responsible for damage, theft, or environmental exposure.
Orders that cannot be completed due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability are not eligible for refunds. Redelivery or address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees.
For deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, or businesses, we will coordinate with staff when possible, but are not responsible for delays, refusals, or handling after delivery.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns once an arrangement has been delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description so we can review it. We will make every reasonable effort to address quality concerns, which may include a replacement or studio credit at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for issues related to incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, or conditions outside of our control after delivery.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Our goal is to ensure every order is handled with care and arrives as intended…if something isn’t right, we want to know and make it right where possible.

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (614) 742-7025, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (614) 742-7025 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
