I ordered a beauty arrangement for a friend in the hospital but forgot to include the room number.
I emailed the office and followed up with a phone call the next day. Staff had already acted on the email. Arrangement was delivered without delay.
My friend texted to thank me for the arrangement. It was bright and cheery and made her feel better knowing we were thinking of her. Flowers lift one’s spirits.”
