“Loved how simple and seamless the experience was in placing the order to receiving a photo and video of the flower arrangement as well as notification that the flowers were delivered. The images were stunning! Through text, I learned what elements were used as well as the rarity and exoticness of the flowers! Making me appreciate all the effort taken. Never anticipated the research taken as I selected designer’s choice nor they making time to learn and create an origami paper crane to add to the card. They went beyond anything I could imagine.
