Pretty flowers. Terrible delivery service. Never tipping again and might as well go pick up flowers myself. Recipient’s were already gone for the day when flowers arrived.

Flowers were pretty BUT delivery was not acceptable. After waiting and communicating with the contact, my husband called the shop. Flowers arrived after the recipients had left for the day. What’s the point of even tipping if the job isn’t done correctly?

Larger than expected, beautifully arranged and delivered the same day. Pricey but worth it for the size and quality.

They were perfect! I have bought a lot of flowers online and more often than not disappointed that the flower arrangements delivered are quite different than the picture of the arrangement ordered. Because of a scheduling issue I had to change birthday plans with a friend. I took a chance with Selleood Flower Co. and do glad I did. The flowers are gorgeous and my friend was blown away. Arrangement was better than the photos: super reliable delivery

The service was amazing. I had ordered from another website because of cost and my flowers were never delivered along with many other issues. I found Sellwood and fell in love with their arrangements. I immediately ordered and I’m so glad. The photo confirmation and same day delivery is much appreciated. It is worth every penny.

I use Sellwood to order flowers for my mom on her birthday and mothers day since I can’t be there to celebrate. Their arrangements are always stunning. However I ordered the deluxe version for the autumn mist and this time I’m a bit disappointed when my mom texted me a picture. My mom loved them, but I don’t think what I paid matched the quality of what my mom received. I understand that sometimes some parts of the arrangement aren’t available and substitutions have to be made, but it’s not very close to the ordering image aside from white roses.

I received a photo and words of gratitude from the recipient. Thank you very much for delivering the flower set so beautifully.

You asked if I liked the bouquet? The person who received it LOVES it. The combination of all of the different oranges is making each day better for someone whose health is failing. Thank you for helping me give some joy to someone in need.

This was for a dear friend who had just lost her mother. She loved the book, and of course the flowers. I've actually used Sellwood Flowers several times - at least two other times to this friend - and the arrangements are always a huge hit, delivered in a timely way, and I love the range of add-on gifts.

I was a bit reluctant to order being that I live in Tennessee but the experience was perfect! The bouquet of marigolds for my daughters birthday was beautiful! She loved them and I love how you sent me a picture of bouquet prior to delivering them to her. Thank you!

I live in Toronto and my daughter was in Portland for business. She was going for dinner at my cousins place so I purchased a basket with wine to be delivered ahead of time. Not knowing the rules it required a signature for alcohol to be delivered. It was a weekday so when they arrived to the house no one was home. Sellwood called me in Toronto and organized for the delivery to be done later that day.

(The recipient’s apartment complex wouldn’t accept the delivery, so the employee drove to the recipient’s work to deliver it!) Such a wonderful company. Would give 6 stars if possible. Initially, I was set on buying the magnolia wreath in the picture for our anniversary but was informed they were all sold over the weekend. Mary called to offer several options that would be available as a substitution with her recommendation of one particular setting. Figuring, if she leaned heavily towards that option, I figured, what the heck, let's do it. Well, when it arrived the same day, I have to say the recommendation was a home run, and we are thrilled with it! This is why I keep coming back.

The Flowers were great, but the driver did not hand deliver the flowers and simply dropped them off on the front porch of the house. You should be clear about your policy of hand delivered, just my comment.

I loved the online version of what I had ordered...simple, elegant...but I felt that the replacement flowers used were lacking. Color palate was similar but the overall feel was very different. Overall, I have to say this was excellent service. First, I requested bold colors be used for the flowers, the bouquet was outstanding. Second, I love that they sent me a “Bouq Shot”, so I could see what was being delivered. I also received an email when it was delivered. The recipient loved the entire package (bouquet, LOCAL chocolate, and wine).

I didn’t personally like that the gift was delivered shortly after 5pm, to an office building. The recipient was luckily still at the office, but I would have preferred it be delivered during the day and for sure before most offices closed. It worked out and the recipient herself was glad it was closer to the end of the day, as she felt she could enjoy it more now that “the day of work was done”. But felt it was cutting it close and could have missed her birthday (was ordered 3 days prior).

Will use again for sure, but will request delivery a little earlier or “by xx:xx”.

Gina~Our apologies for not getting your order out as scheduled. Portland was hit with a major snow/ice storm that caused hundreds of thousands of power outages, downed trees, closed roads and very dangerous conditions. Our shop lost power for two and half days. Such unfortunate timing right around Valentine's Day. The roads are open again and so are we. We've made fresh orders and are delivering today.

We are newer to the area but have ordered twice from Sellwood Flower Company - once for our Anniversary in October and recently for Valentine's Day. I'm not your typical bouquet of flowers type of lady and I love that Sellwood's arrangements are unique and always feel tailored to me. We were especially impressed with their delivery during The Great Portland Snowpocalypse of 2021. We were not expecting to get the flowers on Valentine's weekend and would have been fine with a later delivery (or no flowers at all) but this just shows their commitment to excellence & their customers. We will continue to buy from Sellwood in the future.

Normally this shop does amazing work but this particular arrangement was not good. The flowers were dehydrated and wilted as well as browning already. Pretty disappointed by this order honestly. Im not sure what the issue was with the flowers...if it was a lack of good inventory or what but clearly several of the blooms should not have been in an arrangement. It wont stop me from doing business here again because I usually love their arrangements and I'll assume it was just an anomaly based off of previous experiences.

Stunning!! I bought this for my mother’s 72nd birthday and she LOVES it. This is my new fave flower shop. I love how they send me an email with a pic of the bouquet before they deliver it, so I can enjoy it too and see the exact creation they’ve made (as opposed to just seeing the online sample pic). They go above and beyond and they’re so professional and timely. I love all their bouquet options, too. They have wine, tea, chocolate, and all sorts of great packages you can put together. I got my parents a lovely Paris themed bouquet and basket for their 50th wedding anniversary earlier in the year too. I’m a fan!

Really pretty. Not a huge fan of the flowers that were chosen in lieu of the ones posted on the image on the website. The greenery was pretty, however.

It was a little less floral than I was expecting. And I am not a big fan of mums. If I had known they were in the arrangement, I would have requested a change.

The arrangement was delivered on time. But looked absolutely nothing like the website. Instead of being compact and elegant like the web pic, it was chaotic and mismatched. It looks like they through a bunch of leftover flowers together. That’s what was given for $110 and an additional $15 for delivery. Won’t use this company ever again. Two stars for on time delivery.

I’ve not had much luck the last two times when ordering flowers for important people in my life. One company didn’t deliver at all because it appeared no one was home?! And they didn’t bother to let me know.
