Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Lake O. Floral designs the most GORGEOUS, classic bouquets ever. I use this floral shop every year for friends in Lake Oswego, and the shop's bouquets are stunning. After receiving a recent bouquet, my friend sent me a picture of the delivered flowers, and the arrangement belongs in a Baroque painting. Flowers are fresh, delivery is timely, communication from the shop is stellar, and their arrangements have consistently been remarkable. Highly recommend. Love their work. Nice people, too.

I was so surprised with how busy the florist was, that they were able to get my order in last minute for a corsage. . . And it was a beautiful corsage. When I went to pick it up, I was amazed by the beautiful floral arrangements in their store. I honestly had never seen such creativity in arrangements at any florist I’d been to over the years. The corsage was incredibly beautiful! The florist, who is also the shop owner, was a warm and cheerful lady who genuinely cares about her designs and her clients' happiness. I wanted a fuller corsage, and she immediately came up with a new idea and created a brand new corsage with a different selection of flowers right away. She mentioned that prom is a significant day, and she wanted her client and his date to be happy. My heart melted...

This is the best floral arrangement shop in all of Oregon. Every arrangement is beyond expectations. The designer talent and use of plants and flowers is outstanding. The value is incredible because of the amazing arrangements. Just check out the Instagram photos. You may pay the same for other florists but you will not get the spectacular designs.
Highly recommend. I have ordered several bouquets and my brother’s life celebration were done by LO Floral. I would not choose any other florist.

Wow what a lovely experience working with the florist! She was so sweet to add the little touches of color I requested and made the arrangement shine with unique flowers, like cherry blossoms, in the middle of winter! We have ordered flowed from Lake O many times and are typically very happy with the result and service. This time, the arrangement was beautiful per usual but it included a ton of Baby’s Breath which I explicitly asked to avoid in the notes. Even if the Designer’s Choice arrangements are completely premade, it should be easy to remove an element like this from the bouquet. Otherwise, do not allow space for a customer to make requests or make it very clear that they are premade with absolutely no customizations allowed. Finally, the arrangement was delivered on Saturday and not Sunday as specified. Again this wouldn’t be that big of an issue and we understand Mother’s Day is one of the handful of peak days in a year for florists, but it should be clearly communicated that a early delivery is a possibility so customers can plan. As it was, the bouquet sat outside in the heat for hours because we did not plan to be home in case the flowers were delivered.

Lake O. Floral is THE place to order your flowers. I live in NYC and had to make a last-minute order for flowers to be delivered to our aunt's funeral service in Lake Oswego. I woke up that day in a panic since I needed to order something for the same day AND in the morning. I made the order online while Lake O. Floral was closed. As soon as they got in that day (which is early), they made sure I knew they were on it. Then, they sent a wonderful video of a 360-degree view of the beautiful arrangement they were about to deliver to the funeral. This was amazing. My deepest gratitude to the designer, who created an absolutely stunning arrangement that absolutely crushed all my expectations and in an incredibly quick turnaround. I placed my order on Monday afternoon, and the flowers were delivered Tuesday evening (at my request - Lake O. apparently does not guarantee delivery times so I am so glad they saw my note and made it work!). I was a bit apprehensive ordering flowers, not knowing anything about what flowers/colors/shape would be delivered, but it was absolutely worth it. If you are on the fence, go for it!

Excellent service! I was amazed to receive a text from the company advising that my order was a complete with an attached video showing me the final product. The level of communication was impeccable. I knew exactly when my order was being delivered. I was even notified that my guest was not home and the flowers were left at the front door. I was blown away with the Designers Choice option with Lake O. Floral. I choose the $55 option and upgraded to the $80 option and the arrangement was stunning. I placed the order online. They texted a picture of the floral arrangement when it was ready for delivery, and it was gorgeous. My sister-in-law loved her birthday bouquet!

I am so, so pleased with my experience with Lake O. Floral. My friend had some bad news and I was able to get an absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers, for a very reasonable price, delivered to her in less than 2 hours. They sent me a picture of the arrangement before they delivered it and asked if I wanted any changes, and updated me with another picture when it had been delivered. Absolutely wonderful customer service and my friend was really touched and it helped provide a little cheer during this hard time. I will definitely order from here again.

I don't live in the area and needed a Florist to delivery flowers for a family who had a member pass away. I googled florists that lived near the address of the family and started searching to see if I liked any of the photos on the website. I also took note if it looked like they could deliver on New Years Eve (Some were closed) - Lake O Floral was open and I liked the photos. They were different then the standard "flowers.com" photos. You could tell someone designed each bouquet and it wasn't a template arrangement. I had good experience in the past with doing the "Designers Choice" so I thought I would do it with them. I think it allows the florist to be creative and can be unique :) - I was very adamant that this arrangement was suitable for a family who just lost a loved one. I called and confirmed and they were really nice. I was not expecting someone to text my cell phone to show me the finished product but they did! I LOVED it. I thought the design was beautiful and I was so appreciative they showed me the final design. I always like to see the end product so I can see the quality and I would 10000% recommend them!

Very nice! Not sure if they sprayed it with a fragrance, but wife said it smelled nice. Just keep in mind, these are not real flowers... but that means they'll last longer. A nice little something to go along with the (real) flower arrangement. They also sent a photo of it before they delivered it! Very nice little thing they do that other florists around here don't. There were hydrangeas in both arrangements that were already a little wilted on arrival. In addition, I ordered 3 bouquets, spending a small fortune, and only received 2.
