“I was a little hesitant to order a birthday arrangement from a shop that seems to focus on love/weddings, but this was a beautiful gift for my co-worker (and I greatly appreciated that the rose on top of the cake was swapped to a lovely pink rather than the garish yellow). Similar cake arrangements are offered by other local florists, but in horrible colors and at higher prices. This was just perfect, and delivered on the day before 8am, when in previous years, I've had two other gifts arrive late or not at all. The card was a little strange because though the message and order occasion were birthday, it was an "I love you" card with hearts, but a minor quip for an otherwise perfect birthday delivery!”

“For anyone who is looking for an Florist online, I would like to share an off-the-charts pleasant experience with the service I received from Creative Florals.

With having bought flowers for more that 50 years for my wife on our anniversary, I've seen some great flourists (and even some not-so-great) in my time. This one, "Creative Florals", is the absolute best I have EVER seen, hands down.

I ordered my choice of flowers online and, knowing from experience that flower varieties can be somewhat seasonally available or perhaps incur some other issues needing special handling or intervention by the florist. Being the case with my choices, it comes down to just HOW well the situation is handled by the florist. That's the litmus test and I must say that Creative Florals passed with flying colors.

Specifically, having ordered a variety needing substitution, I received a call from 'Sandi' and it was very obvious to me that she sincerely cared that I was fully accommodated. I appreciated that she was not only sensitive to my special occasion but that when the flowers were delivered, it was apparent that she put in a personal touch to the arrangement. It was absolutely flawless - the flowers magnificently beautiful, refreshingly fragrant, and really folks - I just couldn't have been happier with Sandi's obvious expertise.

My wife of 57 years loves beautiful flowers and she was just thrilled with them.

I also wanted to briefly mention the delivery process. Not all companies focus on this important aspect of online commerce. Creative Florals has mastered this part too. The delivery was prompt and the gentleman was polite and cordial.

The whole process has made me very happy and without a second thought, I finally have my "go-to" florist for the future. No question.
