The website and team were very helpful and thoughtful; following my online order I got an almost immediate callback to ask whether or not I was sure I didn't want to include a card with the flowers. When I asked for a delivery update I got an immediate response from the team. I buy flowers for my wife quite regularly, and I was delighted when she said that these are the nicest flowers I have ever given her. I don't often write reviews, but the service and flowers were exceptional and worthy of the time it took to write one!
