“I was ordering flowers for my wife from abroad, (I live in Europe). The website and team were very helpful and thoughtful; following my online order I got an almost immediate callback to ask whether or not I was sure I didn't want to include a card with the flowers. When I asked for a delivery update I got an immediate response from the team. I buy flowers for my wife quite regularly, and I was delighted when she said that these are the nicest flowers I have ever given her. I don't often write reviews, but the service and flowers were exceptional and worthy of the time it took to write one!

“1st time using Downtown Flowers and it definitely won’t be the last. We live out of state and ordered a BDay gift for our daughter who lives in DTLA. They were the 4th shop we called but the 1st place that personally answered the phone instead of an A.I. bot at the other places directing us to a website. The gentleman we spoke to answered all our questions and made the whole process easy. We got a text with a short video confirming the delivery was on time.
