Rather than simply canceling the order, they told me they were heading to the flower wholesaler and would contact me with the options they could find. They followed up quickly, helped me select a beautiful orchid, and had it hand-delivered the very same day.

Ultimate Floral Design called shortly after telling me the color calla lily I ordered was out of stock and offered different color options. They sent texts showing me the color options along with the orchids and we chose the best option together. I appreciated their quick response and attention to detail.
