What made the experience even better is that I ordered from out of state, and everything was handled flawlessly. April was extremely kind and took the time to explain the delivery details, giving me assurance the flower was delivered to the correct address . “Love this local florist!!! This was our first time using McCool and they did not disappoint. The flowers sent were exactly as they appeared on the website. They wee delivered on time and the flowers were fresh. Our friends were very happy with the arrangement.”

“On Friday I wanted to send flowers to a loved one who was hurting. This florest was local to my loved one's home. I went online & chose a beautiful bouquet and noticed that if I purchased the floral bouquet before noon California time
they would deliver it that day. It was 1:50 pm CST. I hoped the flowers would be delivered Friday but it was aweful close to PST noon deadline. I sent this forest a quick online note asking them to deliver it Friday. Since my order was finished a 12:00 noon I told them it was OK if the flowers were delivered Monday. At 5:26 PM Friday I got a text from my loved one that the flowers had arrived and they were thrilled to get them. The floral arrangement was beautiful.”
