I ordered the You are my rainbow and it looks great! I'd say better than the default website picture. I ordered the day before, online, around 4pm and they arrived next day before noon. Granted it's mid week, no big holidays. Good quality flowers.

Due to their staffing issues, my order had to be delivered earlier than requested, even though I had more than 5 days notice given. In the past, it was my experience that the non-vase bouquet was delivered in a box. This pictured item, though lovely, would have been a problem if the delivery was left at the door as I had described. The recipient was very happy with the flowers. A lovely seasonal bouquet was purchased and delivered.

This is our 4th year using Flowers 'a la Carte for Mother's Day. As someone who moved a few hours away from parents, I always worry a bit of how a remote delivery of unseen flower arrangement would turn out. BUT so far Flowers 'a la Carte has been excellent every year with the Designer's Choice (In Vase) arrangements. We tried Yellow, Coral, and Purple, and all the designs and flowers have been beautifully and thoughtfully curated with a touch of modern vibe. The only caveat this year, I'd say, was the vase. It wasn't the usual muted wood-textured one like in the sample picture, and it seemed a little smaller than usual. However, the arrangement was so beautiful that it wasn't a deal breaker.

We'll keep coming back to Flowers 'a la Carte every year at this rate. I highly recommend to anyone to trust their designers and service. They know what they are doing!

I use FALC every Year…This one was different. The Quality was good and the delivery was on time…The arrangement was smaller than the $85 sample on the website even though I paid extra for the larger one… I was just expecting something a little more impressive for the $180 (inc. Delivery fee). I don’t think it was a good value.

This florist creates spectacular arrangements. This one was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately in this case, the beautiful wood container was split apart at two corners with nails exposed. It leaked water. I will share this feedback with the company and will not let this stop me from using them again to create stellar arrangements for my mother. Marla S.

Thank you for a beautiful “fresh” arrangement. A lot of places I’ve ordered from before have had roses with leaves that were darkened/crispy on the edges (not you). Flowers that were at the end of their life vs. yet to fully open - your Lillies were perfect and ready to bloom.

I usually go with the generic online 1800florals.com but finally decided to find a local delivery store and you did not disappoint.

Excellent, excellent, excellent - I highly recommend you for any and all floral needs. Plenty of selection and pricing levels for every need.

Will definitely keep you on my “go back to” list for the future.

Though I can not speak to the flowers (I did not receive a photo) I can attest to the lengths the delivery driver went to to ensure that they would be received by the person I intended. The residence is under construction and appeared to have been temporarily uninhabited (which I did not know when I placed the order.) The delivery driver called me, accepted an alternate address as well as continuing to inquire about the current resident's location... Thanks for literally going the extra mile.

We've been using Flowers a la Cart for a few years now. Generally special occasions. I ordered the Designer's Choice - Peachy Tones with some special instructions. The bouquet arrived on time but was not what I was picturing. I emailed the shop and heard back from the owner. Not only did they offer to make good, they went above and beyond in doing so. We were customers prior. Now we are loyal customers for life. - Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference. Now if someone asks if I know a florist there's only 1 I will be recommending.

Totally unhappy with my recent experience after ordering Mother's Day Flowers. Flowers were delivered to my wife's work after hours with no vase, no water, where they had to sit for the entire weekend. I received an email at 8:46pm Friday night letting me know the flowers were "hand-delivered". To whom? It certainly wasn't my wife. I attempted numerous calls over the weekend that were met with an old, garbled voice recording and a completely full voice mailbox, so I couldn't leave a message. I then emailed on Saturday afternoon and received no reply. I understand it was Mother's Day weekend but it wasn't like I was trying to order anything, I had already paid days prior. Now it's Tuesday and I still haven't had any reply to my email. This florist completely failed on communications. The economy is in the toilet, people have stopped spending frivolously yet I have spent $400 dollars so far this year with this florist only to be snubbed. Like getting a birthday gift a month late, when Moms receive flowers AFTER Mother's Day, it looks like an afterthought. So thank-you Flowers a' la Carte for creating an awkward and embarrassing Mother's Day. I enjoyed telling my wife that I really did buy her flowers and showing her the confirmation email that they were dropped off at ~9pm on Friday night.

As usual, Flowers a la Carte delivered!! The arrangement for my wife for Mother's Day was beautiful and delivered on-time. I have used them several times now and have never been disappointed and neither will you! They are my go-to florist!

The process was simple and the people were very nice. Although, I choose a Designers Choice bouquet and wasn't sent a photograph of the completed item. Actually seeing what was created would have warranted 5 stars.

Amazing! Couldn’t be happier with the level of service and beautiful/fresh arrangement!

My flowers were not delivered to the recipient and I called to make sure they were delivered to her at the time of delivery and they said yes she answered the door and accepted. I also asked for a photo of the flowers which I did not receive. I called a couple hours later realizing they were delivered to the wrong address and asked for those flowers to be redelivered. My family member who's grandmother just passed away and I really wanted her to get these. The women on the phone said that the drivers had left and they could not go back and recover the flowers but instead would charge me an additional $35 for delivery and only 50% off my next bouquet. I am pretty disappointed with the level of customer service to help remedy this situation for me. I would have preferred for Flowers a la carte to be understanding of the mistake and help resolve the solution and make sure they deliver flowers to the exact person on the card instead of handing it to whomever. Now, I have to go purchase another bouquet from another florist, when this could have been an easy fix.

Sent this as a gift and the recipient loved it! The picture on the website is of an orange pumpkin but the one delivered was white. The 10 pcs of Tulips were beautiful. And I like the eucalyptuses and baby’s breath that were added. I just wonder why 2 more tulips weren’t added. It seems $85 dollars worth of bouquet could have been a little better. The bad part was it was delivered to my next door neighbor. Good thing my neighbor figured it was for me. Flowers 'a la Carte has consistently been my go to flower shop for any regular and special occasion. I’ve always loved the arrangement and flower choice for the price y’all offer. I purchased a designer’s choice of Valentine’s Day reds, and I’m slightly disappointed with the bouquet I received yesterday. After I picked up the flowers yesterday afternoon, I already noticed that two of the roses were already wilting. Additionally, I would have imagined that for $70, I would’ve received for than 3 roses at least. While I understand it was designer’s choice, I still appreciate the work put into it, but I would’ve liked to have more value for the amount spent considering previous bouquets I’ve purchased.

Disappointed the specific flowers requested for bouquet were not included in arrangement.
The bouquet definitely wasn’t worth the money spent on arrangement.

I was appreciative of being able to purchase flowers without a vase or container...These look lovely...the photo of what was delivered is a nice touch...from so far away. My only surprise is that the bare stems weren't wrapped with something to keep them moist...

I know flowers ordered online and delivered are expensive, but the arrangement that my husband received was a joke. For a "deluxe" upgraded arrangement, I can only imagine what the regular arrangement would have looked like. The vase was small. The arrangement was small and looked thrown together. Really, it was sad. This was not even close to what I expected for $80 (not including tax, delivery, etc.) I called and left the florist a message the next day and they never called me back. I understand it was a VERY busy day for them, but really, this was SO far off. I never complain but I just had to on this one.

Wasn’t notified that the basket it was supposed to come in, was not available. When I picked my $89 order, the store rep told me “we didn’t have the basket but this one should do”. I ordered this basket to get red roses for Valentine’s Day. Instead, the roses were pink, yellow and white. The fillers were plastic, not real. The note was hand written and Happy Valentine’s Day was not capalized. Very disappointed over all.

I had this delivered to my mom for her birthday. I thought the globe was at a slant, but it is top access. That was totally ok as my mom loved it. It looks just like the picture.

The arrangement showed up and was beautiful - they made a very slight mistake by delivering it a day early. They immediately called me and let me know - and the next day followed up with a return visit with very nice orchids and balloons - i'm very impressed with the customer service and the flower arrangements.

I was highly disappointed with this entire experience. I tried to send flowers to my sister for her birthday... the flowers were marked as delivered, but never arrived. There was no communication within the company, I had to call multiple times to get the flowers delivered. The flowers were delivered a day late and died within 2 days. Good flowers last at least 3 days... I was given a partial refund, this entire process working with 'Flowers' a la carte' was completely frustrating. I wanted a unique arrangement for my sister, but now I'm wishing I went with something generic like proflowers.com or something cheesy like that. I wish I could have had a better experience since I've been looking for a florist in the San Diego area. Still on the hunt.

I needed these flowers to be delivered on the day I specified because I knew my mom was going to be out of town and wouldn't be home to receive them any earlier. Additionally, I was charged extra to have them delivered on Mother's Day which I was fine with since I knew my mom would be home on that day. However, the flowers were delivered 2 days early and sat outside, in the rain for 2 days! In addition to this, I ordered the "designer's choice: modern" flowers and to be honest, I was expecting a lot more than what my mom got. For nearly $100, I was expecting more than just a few sad looking flowers and a bunch of tall green plants. Very disappointed in my experience with Flowers 'a la Carte. I will not be ordering from your company again, nor will I recommend your services to anyone else.
