What a (Mc)Cool florist! I live on a little island off the Washington coast and wanted to send my dear friend Peggy some flowers to ease her aching heart after the death of a family member.
After searching around a few florists in her area, I chose McCool's because they had many choices that matched Peggy's contemporary, artistic aesthetic.
The entire experience was easy for me and browsing all the offerings a real treat. They were very timely in delivering the same day order, and the finished product looked so much like the pic in their online catalog. They even sent me a picture! (As did Peggy.)

Flowers are beautiful, but whom ever delivered them should have placed them at the front door, they were left on the ground adjacent to our planter and simply blended into the existing foliage. My wife accidently found them when she was placing a trash can in that location, don't know when they arrived or how long before she found them.

3 stars only because the box was not identical to the one on the website (the box on the website said “Love”) and the wood box was a bit flimsy. Also, the wood box was damp on the bottom, not sure it it was leaking or left on a wet surface. That said the flowers were beautiful and fresh.

I ordered these flowers via the website from the UK for an address in California. My concerns re ordering from UK were completely unfounded. The staff of McCool kept me constantly informed via email for any additional information they needed. The BloomSnap was fantastic and I am reliably informed that the actual flower arrangement looked even better than the photograph. I unfortunately was unable to come out to California, due to testing positive for covid!
I would like to thank all the staff at McCool Flowers for their kind and professional approach.

My aunt--for whom I ordered the flowers--told me this: On Saturday, she needed to do some cleaning to prepare for Easter so she left her front door open and the gate closed. Kathy and her team delivered this beautiful and unique arrangement right on time on the day before Thanksgiving. I requested they delete the standard calla lilies (because of the recipient's bias against them) and they substituted the lovely tulips, which made the arrangement sing. The purple decorative kale was a big hit with the recipient, too. Those burgundy orchids are stunning and very a autumnal color. Another great gift from McCool Flowers.

These prices are somehow rising out of realms where they can still be viewed as "okay." My Aunt at Orange County had a heart surgery and i decided to send her some flowers.
After spending quiet sometime looking at big chain stores like 1800flowers, ftd, and Teleflora, I came across the bloom nation site.
At first I was reluctant because you don’t always know what you will be getting, especially that i never used them before.
I found the website very user friendly, put the zip code, date to be delivered and there was list of florist with deferent arrangements.
I personally think the arrangements were way beautiful and unique, then those of major chain stores. Well the delivery went off without a hitch. They delivered promptly the next day and they were perfect.
They send me an email with the picture of the arrangement, also time of delivery.
They were so pretty and I was blown away that they even looked nicer than they did on the website

As a BloomNation florist myself, My favorite orders to fill come in as "designers choice". That is why I ordered a DC from McCool Flowers. I added a little design inspiration in the special instructions answering questions that I like to ask my flower buying clients ( is the recipient's taste in style modern and contemporary or more traditional and classic? ... Soft and fluffy or earthy and natural ... Bright or soft in color?) The hint of let down from never receiving a bloom snap was completely destroyed when I received a call from the recipient who was (and I quote) "left speachlesss by the beauty of the flowers and thoughtfulness in the gesture." I have used "online florists" in the past and have been truly embarrassed by the arrangement that was received. This time I decided to use a local florist (using Yelp for guidance.) I can't say enough good about McCool Flowers. I was able to choose from some absolutely beautiful arrangements online. Upon ordering, I was immediately sent a confirmation. The email I received on the day of delivery showed an photo of the actual arrangement that was to be delivered to my recipient. it was beautiful! I was then emailed when the flowers were delivered. What a wonderful experience! And did I mention that the cost was less than using an online florist?

The plant I ordered wasn't available for same day delivery (they could get it next for the next day.) I was promptly called and emailed about the issue, and was offered solutions. After asking what was available in the same price range for same day delivery, I received an email with a picture of the available plants (which was a great surprise - in the past I've just gotten vague descriptions for alternatives from other florists.)
I chose one of the alternatives (an ivy topiary instead of a peace lily) and it was delivered the same day. A photo of the plant was sent to me prior to delivery too (I wish every florist did this!)
Pricing was reasonable - in line with other florists, but cheaper delivery costs. I'm glad I did a Google search for florists in the area instead of using one of the national networks!
I'm giving 4 stars because the original plant I ordered on their website wasn't available for same day delivery (admittedly late in the day), but otherwise 5+ star service. If I need to deliver flowers in the area again I'll be sure to check here first and expect that I'll be able to give a 5 star review without hesitation. To get the 5th star from this review they would need to have better inventory controls tied into their website to prevent ordering something that isn't available within the delivery time frame.
