“Miles went ABOVE and BEYOND to create (at the last minute) a custom arrangement despite the difficulty in obtaining gardenias at the last minute. It was to celebrate the launch of my daughter-in-law's book - House of Gardenias - so it was especially appreciated. He kept in touch with detailed options and had great suggestions. I would highly recommend if you are looking for wonderful creations and personal service.”

“Our daughter recently committed to a sorority at UW and we wanted to congratulate her with an arrangement delivered to her new house. The online ordering process was simple, easy, and straight forward. I was able to write in special requests which the florist actually read and communicated with me via email that the white carnations we requested were a little buttery from the market that day, sent us a photo (pictured) as a preview, and sent an email that the arrangement was on a truck. The arrangement was beautifully done and our daughter was happily surprised! My one complaint is that I didn't receive a communication once the flowers had been delivered. I ended up calling my daughter around 7pm that night to see if she had received them. She wasn't aware she'd received anything but looked around the house after I asked, found them, and all was well. Thank you for the beautiful flowers!”
