“This particular Bonsai was not available. Pam called me and let me know and worked very hard to prepare something that would take the place of what I ordered. She texted me pictures to be sure it met with my approval. It was delivered as promised and the recipient was very appreciative. Thank you for the care and concern to be sure my order was acceptable.
