While additional flowers are added for that value, it will still be a short arrangement. I apologize if you were expecting something significantly bigger or double in size. The cost of premium flowers have increased since covid and we only sell premium flowers in our shop.

It was a lovely arrangement, however, it looked a bit odd with a big old white hydrangea smack in the middle of a bunch of bright colored flowers. Next time I’d specify, either all brights or all lights/whites, not mixed. Otherwise, from the picture the recipient sent, it looked very fresh & healthy. Well done! Would definitely use this florist again.

I have bought flowers from here numerous times and am always beyond impressed with the quality of the flowers and arrangements as well as the customer service. Unlike most flower places, a bouquet from A Pretty Flower will last a week and look vibrant. This past Mother’s Day I made the mistake of placing an order the morning of the day before— I should’ve ordered a week or a few days in advance. The next available date for pick up was the day after Mothers Day but I submitted the order anyway and included a note asking if it would be possible to pick up on Mothers Day. I had resigned myself to bringing my mom the flowers the day after and not having them for her at our dinner. Well, A Pretty Flower texted me on Mother's Day and said they got my note and they’d have the bouquet ready that afternoon. Eureka! This kind of quality of service and product is rare to find these days. My mom received multiple comments on the beauty of the bouquet at the restaurant where we had dinner including the owner who said “THOSE are beautiful flowers.” Then he looked at me and said “You did very well.” Thank you A Pretty Flower. I will be back!

I personally wrote the card message for your order and included the recipient name and address for our driver. Your order did not include a signature on the card, that is likely why the recipient did not know the flowers were from you. About 1/2 of all orders don't include a card signature. She sent a photo of her bouquet, along with the message: "Was just thinking about the Flower and Garden Show (which we regularly attend) and this got delivered to my house. Thank you, they are gorgeous! I can't get over how vibrant the colors are, and it's fragrant too!" So if you're reading this, trying to decide whether to "go bigger": go ahead and spring for the deluxe or premium version of your selected bouquet. It's money well spent!

Wasn't any communication when it would arrive and since it came in the afternoon my girlfriend was disappointed most of V-Day thinking I didn't get her flowers. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the image. The arrangement is mostly unbudded white flowers with only a handful of the pink unbudded flowers. Someone also decided to put a large advertising sticker for the flowershop over the vase that can't be easily removed. No plans to buy again in the future.

Hi, Michael! We would have loved if you contacted our shop so we could come up with a solution together, especially during these times. This Valentine’s Day was the busiest in history (because of Covid), smallest amount of staff (because of Covid) and subzero freezing. My drivers worked in very difficult subzero temperatures with flowers that can freeze within minutes. Some deliveries took more time if the recipients didn’t answer their door, etc. This is the first lack of patience that I have witnessed this holiday and I have to be honest, it breaks my heart. My drivers deserve every bit of compassion and patience and for their hard work. The flowers you received were fresh and thus not in full bloom yet, hence the buds. If the orchids were not in good shape I’d have been happy to make a new arrangement of your choice had you contacted us directly. We are proud of our work and as all businesses do, we love putting our signature on our work. Best to you and your girlfriend.

She did not try to listen to what my question was and kept telling me I hadn't placed an order even though I told her I received a confirmation email. When I told her I could give her my order # she laughed at me and said that's not how we do it here. So how do they do it there??? Because clearly their unorganized method isn't working. Finally after being on the phone for 5 minutes, she told me "oh that order. yea it's probably out on delivery." HORRIBLE customer service.
