“The flowers were picture perfect. They forgot the added butterflies, but they refunded me before I even knew. Since my Aunt rarely gets flowers & they were gorgeous, she was so happy that the butterflies weren't missed.”

“Oh my, where do i start. I had several bad experience with other florists. So I call LuzMichelle to speak with a person. My sister passed away several years ago. I tried 800 Flowers and Flowers by Nora. One delivered next day. The other cancelled my order because they didn't receive their flowers that day. Yet never called or email til after I complained. LuzMichelle was so helpful and nice for a change. The flowers were so beautiful. And on time. I totally recommend them. Five stars from me.”
