“The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! We had a few unforeseen circumstances resulting in the recipient being away for a few days. I contacted Lori and she was so kind and understanding! She made sure the blooms were fresh even though there was a 3 day delay in delivery (I reached out on the morning of the delivery to tell her about the delay). Absolutely wonderful blooms and exceptional customer service! Wont be ordering flowers from anyone else in the area ?

“I live in Massachusetts and looked for a florist near my loved one. I looked at a number of florists local to Irving and have been thrilled with my find of Gigi's Flowers and Gifts. The flower selections are amazing. It took me more time to find the right choice than it did for the whole ordering process. Checkout was quick and easy. Delivery was on time and same day. I placed the order very late after hours and the delivery was early afternoon. She was very surprised and thinks that I spent twice what I really did, but best of all, the picture she sent me looked exactly like the picture on the web site. I'll be back for all of the special occasions.”
