“First....let me say you had no tulips.
But, because you had no tulips, you called...how I love that personal touch and you told me what you would substitute.
When the flowers arrived the next day, my sister sent me a picture.
At first I was disappointed because they didn't look like very much for the money.
BUT a day later , my other sister went to visit AND every rose had bloomed (as big as her face) and the Dahlias were an extraordinary merlot color and I was THRILLED!! So was my sister ! Thank you for going the extra mile & caring.
