“The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! We had a few unforeseen circumstances resulting in the recipient being away for a few days. I contacted Lori and she was so kind and understanding! She made sure the blooms were fresh even though there was a 3 day delay in delivery (I reached out on the morning of the delivery to tell her about the delay).
