“As I have not seen the floral arrangement that was delivered to an ailing family member on his 94th birthday, I cannot comment on the quality of the product. Nevertheless, I am able to comment on the process of making this purchase. When I discovered that my relative was too weak to answer his phone at the prearranged time so that I could wish him a happy birthday on Friday, I had to come up with Plan B in short order. I am in Canada and ChatGPT helped me find Claudia O'Hara's Floral Design. After a quick phone call to determine if delivery was still possible that day, I placed my order on their website as directed. The website was easy to use and full of beautiful choices at different price points. It also allowed me to include a personal note. Receiving an email to confirm delivery was a nice touch! The arrangement must've been quite impressive because the feedback I got back from the sick birthday boy's wife was: "You shouldn't have spent that much money." I'm glad that I found O'Hara's.”
