“Russell was very kind and sweet through the whole process and even provided a sign-in book for my son’s celebration of life that we had forgotten to get. Since it’s been a day or so since he made them, some of the flowers have already wilted. However they were beautiful.”

“Невероятно красивые букеты и потрясающий коллектив,теперь я постоянной клиент этого райского магазина !!!??❤️??”

“Except for putting baby’s breath in the arrangement which the recipient detest and I mentioned a few times do not use the arrangement was VERY pretty!

Florist's Response:

Thank you for the kind words and the 5-star rating. I'm sorry we included baby's breath after you asked us not to - I understand how frustrating that must be and I appreciate you telling us. I'll make sure we note your preference clearly for future orders so it doesn't happen again.”

“Monique (who I’m guessing IS the proprietor of the Jax shop) is FANTASTIC! We will definitely be asking her for help with additional deliveries in the future!

Florist's Response:

Thank you so much, Jim and Kathleen - I'm so glad you were pleased! I'd be honored to help with future deliveries and look forward to working with you again. If you ever need anything special, just give me a call.”

“The flowers were beautiful, and they were very nice to change the delivery date for me when I found out the recipient wasn't going to be available at the original delivery time.

I love that I can order for my loved ones all the way from my residence in Scotland, and know they are going to feel appreciated with the help of these beautiful bouquets.”
