One small suggestion: It would be amazing if the shop could send a quick photo of the final arrangement directly to the person who ordered it before delivery. That way, the customer can see exactly what their loved one is getting!"”

We recently had a family loss and I requested an early delivery through the online ordering system. Beyond my expectation, Isabel Aboueljoud delivered an exquisite arrangement within a couple of hours of me placing the order. And as a note, it was delivered before 10 am on a weekend! Because of the urgency, she communicated with me an adjustment that needed to be made to the order regarding availability of flowers, personally delivered the arrangement and followed up with me both by phone and text to ensure that I could let the recipient know of the delivery location.
