“I walked into Bella Fiore 10 mins before closing on my way home from work on the off chance I might find a pre-made bouquet for my wife. I expected to be told that there was nothing that could be done on such short notice, and I would be stuck with a grocery store rose bouquet. Instead, I was greeted warmly with smiles, as if they had just opened, and offered a beautiful arrangement that they were just putting the finishing touches on. (I am certain it was destined for someone else's event the next day.) As a business owner, I understand the additional time and effort that would be required now on their behalf to prepare for tomorrow, but the owner and staff were more than happy to accommodate me. You don't see this kind of customer service very often any more and I will be using Bella Fiore for any future floral needs as well as sending them referrals. Not only did they create a stunning bouquet that my wife LOVED, but a future customer and supporter as well!

“I originally wrote a bad review based on the fact the delivery never arrived and I, at the time, never received any response from the company. Alas, I was able to contact them and they were very apologetic and came through on the delivery and even credited me for the inconvenience. The recipient was very pleased with the arrangement and made comments that the celebration was extended. Thank you!”
