“Not only are the flowers and arrangements beautiful, but the service, communication and attention to detail is exceptional. We recently had a family loss and I requested an early delivery through the online ordering system. Beyond my expectation, Isabel Aboueljoud delivered an exquisite arrangement within a couple of hours of me placing the order. And as a note, it was delivered before 10 am on a weekend! Because of the urgency, she communicated with me an adjustment that needed to be made to the order regarding availability of flowers, personally delivered the arrangement and followed up with me both by phone and text to ensure that I could let the recipient know of the delivery location. Dreamy Floret truly sets a bar for an exceptional experience.

I wanted the arrangement delivered while my lady and I were out for our morning walk, so that the first thing she saw was the flowers when we returned. The company was about excited with the plan as I was. True to their word, as soon as she opened the gate the first thing she saw was the flowers sitting by the front door. This worked out perfectly.
