“I needed to send a bouquet to a friend, and I am not local. They successfully delivered the flowers, and sent me a photo and email updates so I was kept in the loop. Thank you!

The website is confusing for "custom arrangement" -- just fill out the form twice and you'll be fine. Once after selecting "custom arrangement", and again during the check out/delivery pages. Hoping they update the website to remove this redundancy.”
