“I ordered a designers choice arrangement for my daughter and son in law's 5th anniversary to be delivered to their hotel where they were staying for the weekend. The florist on the phone could not have been nicer. I asked for specific colors and flowers from the wedding and they were perfect! All the flowers in the arrangement were also in the bridal bouquet five years ago. So beautiful. I highly recommend Bookout Blooms if you are taking a chance on a florist Charlotte.”

“My overall experience was terrific! I ordered 3 luxury arrangements, not one of them disappointed. Sadly, one of the arrangements was not exactly what I ordered due to unavailability. Nonetheless, the substitute was equally as beautiful. With regards to the succulent collection, this was exactly as described and worth every penny...positively beautiful! What impressed me most was the communication from the florist, it's evident they care about their customer satisfaction. I have tried a few other florist over the years, not one compared...I will undoubtedly be using these guys going forward!!!
