I ordered the "Sun and Sweet" arrangement from Riley's Flowers to be delivered to my granddaughter at the Children's Hospital in Missouri. However, I didn't realize the hospital had a strict policy against fresh flowers due to patient allergies.
Instead of just canceling or rejecting the order, the shop was incredibly helpful. They proactively offered a wonderful alternative with allergy-safe flowers and balloons so the hospital could accept the delivery! My granddaughter loved it.
