“They had to make a substitution, and contacted me before they did so. The substitution was just as perfect as the arrangement I had originally ordered. And they gave me a free upgrade to the premium bouquet because of having to make the substitution. They didn’t have an outrageous service fee like other flower delivery services. I will only order from this company moving forward
