What truly sets them apart, though, is their customer service. After our recipient was unexpectedly discharged from the hospital, the team immediately pivoted and went far above and beyond to ensure the flowers reached her at home instead. “I attended my first Peony Floral Design Class, taught by Miles, the owner and manager for Fiori Floral. I have been a long-time customer of Fiori Florals and when I learned that classes were offered, I made sure to add this to my bucket list of to-do's, and I'm so pleased that I did. It's a very welcoming environment, where you will get hands-on learning, and I recommend bringing a small notepad if you want to jot down some pro-tips and details. That said, Miles supplies everything you need to be successful, sharing verbal and written instructions to align with his real-time demonstrations. A treasure trove of tips and techniques ranging from: treating and prepping your water, how to cut with a florist's knife, prepping flowers for maximum show-value, creating a pavé (dome style) arrangement, the importance and helpfulness of vignettes and the intentionality and ordering of layering your arrangement are also shared. I will certainly sign up again for a future class, and highly recommend this experience to someone who appreciates florals, wants to learn more about why "my-at-home-bouquet" never quite looks as good as what comes from a professional florist. I came on my own, but what a great experience for a couple or small group. Thank you so much for a lovely evening. I learned so much, and love my beautiful arrangement.”

There was tough traffic/logistics expected the day of delivery (due to world soccer happening!). Acorn contacted me to let me know. They came through and got the flowers delivered on time. “I placed my order online in Memphis, TN for delivery in Seatac, WA. The recipient loved and adored the floral arrangement! The pink roses were simply beautiful in the picture that was sent to me. I asked for an early a.m. delivery and they came through for me. I was actually on the phone in Memphis with the Seatac recipient when a lady with a nice warm friendly smile as described by the recipient, delivered what I ordered. They did everything right! I will surely be using Tukwila Flowers again when I need flowered delivered in the greater Seattle area.”
