“I ordered a beautiful arrangement for a friend/coworker’s visitation. I had an issue trying to fit the names of all the coworkers who contributed in the signature card section on the form, so I emailed them directly. I was so elated what I got a call from the florist directly to say she can certainly fix that so that all of us could be recognized. Additionally she was transparent about needing to substitute a flower that wasn’t available but shown on the website as well. Lastly, the arrangement also arrived on time for the visitation.
