“I attended my first Peony Floral Design Class, taught by Miles, the owner and manager for Fiori Floral. I have been a long-time customer of Fiori Florals and when I learned that classes were offered, I made sure to add this to my bucket list of to-do's, and I'm so pleased that I did. A treasure trove of tips and techniques ranging from: treating and prepping your water, how to cut with a florist's knife, prepping flowers for maximum show-value, creating a pavé (dome style) arrangement, the importance and helpfulness of vignettes and the intentionality and ordering of layering your arrangement are also shared. I will certainly sign up again for a future class, and highly recommend this experience to someone who appreciates florals, wants to learn more about why "my-at-home-bouquet" never quite looks as good as what comes from a professional florist.
