I had called the nurses station to make sure our friend could receive flowers and they said no problem, then when they went to deliver the flowers that had changed and I thought I'd need to go pick them up from the hospital but they were SO NICE they delivered the flowers to the residence of the recipient so his wife could have them and she ended up getting sick that morning (Covid) and then her husband came home from the hospital that same day and they could both enjoy the flowers from home.
Arrangement unfortunately wasn't available but another one just like it was (I almost thought it was the one in the photo when I came back to leave a review because it's so similar) and the one just like it was beautiful and unique and just what I was looking for - they were spectacular!

After placing an order for an arrangement, I was contact via text by the florist to tell me one of the particular flowers shipped to them had arrived in poor condition. She substituted a different flower, even adding extra, then texted a picture of the arrangement to make sure I approved before delivery. Junko created an absolutely gorgeous arrangement! Don't look further than Zen Gardens for a florist! They are high class with great customer service, giving terrific value with every one-of-a-kind design they create. Their arrangements communicate that you care and will make your friends & family say "wow!" when your order is hand delivered to them. Their website makes it easy to order, they deliver as promised, they send you a personalized text with pictures of what they designed, and then they follow up with you to make sure you are pleased with their services. I will never order from another florist as long as Zen Gardens is there.

I appreciate that the florist website clearly instructed clients to call and check on inventory before placing the order, as some substitutions were required due to seasonal availability. They answered the phone promptly and were generous in spending time understanding the purpose of the arrangement and how to design something with sensitivity and care. The florist was very thoughtful and texted me updates and a picture of the final arrangement, which was beautiful. She added a bit more width and density of flowers to compensate for the flower substitutions. Very grateful for the professionalism and care every step of the way. At the last minute I changed the order to one with the momo and I think I spoke to Junko who was gracious enough to change the order for me. My cousin is recuperating from a hospital visit and she loved it!
The work done is done with a Asian flair and we love everything that has been ordered so far (five different arrangements). Flowers, in this case peach blossoms on branches and orchids were just stunningly beautiful!

They looked nothing like the picture online, it was much smaller and not close to the image online. Very disappointed, will not use again.

Zen did a great job with my online order. I made a mistake on the delivery address and a very courteous driver called to clarify. The delivery was on time and my friend sent me a photo of the arrangement which was even lovelier than the online design.

Very professional florist a nd the final
arrangement was very well received by giftee. However, I was slightly disappointed that the final product didn't quite have the atmosphere nor magic of the one represented in the photo, though I know flowers are seasonal. Maybe a touch more ikebana and even less American would live up to the Zen Gardens name. But overall very pleased with my purchase.

Good communications. Kept me informed and updated on the flower status. The actual flower arrangement is different because of the flower availability. This was my first time ordering from zen garden and it won't be my last! I picked an arrangement that was a "next day" delivery item but in my comments section I asked if it could be sent same day. Not only did they deliver it same day but the florist text me and sent me a pic of my arrangement with upgraded flowers! I was so impressed! Junko was so kind in arranging a stunning orchid flower arrangement for my daughter; she personally called me to make sure I was happy with what she arranged before delivering it and used my daughter's favorite colors. Also, they agreed to change the delivery date to a day later as I found out last minute my daughter had taken the day off that I had chosen to deliver the flowers. I cannot express how impressed I was and knew by using Zen Gardens that the arrangement would be UNIQUE AND VERY ZEN...THANK YOU SO MUCH. If you want an arrangement that is very unique and not standard, use Zen Gardens, you will be sooooo impressed.
