About Us
Our shop is truly a family-run labor of love. Sisters Cindy Hittle and Tina Posey began their embroidery business in 2005, working side-by-side in the basement of Cindy's home. Their passion and dedication led to a major expansion in 2018, when they moved into the well known Stoney Acres building and took on operations of the winery and floral shops. Today, the business continues to thrive with the help of the next generation- daughters Nyssa, Laura and Lena, who each contribute their talents part-time. At the heart of it all is family matriarch Mary Phillips, whose constant support and guidance keep everyone grounded and growing. You'll also occasionally spot the four granddaughters lending a hand, whether it's tidying up, greeting customers, or helping craft beautiful arrangements. As a family ,we are committed to continually expand our floral education by attending floral shows and classes to bring fresh ideas and the highest quality work to our community. Together, we are proud to serve with creativity, care, and tradition.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (570) 925-6586, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
