I asked my niece to send a photo of the arrangement we sent. Very disappointing. It doesn't come close to the photo on your website. I would not have ordered the arrangement she received. It doesn't contain many of the flowers pictured & the arrangement itself is quite amateurish. 1/24/26 I've changed my review from 2 stars to 5 stars. The florist called me after I sent photos of the arrangement. Turns out the photos were of the backside, not the front, which looks like the photo on the website. Since I'm 130 miles away, I had to rely on the photos I received. The florist who called was so thoughtful, courteous and responsive, that they deserve 5 stars based on customer service alone! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the arrangement did not meet your expectations. We’d like to clarify that the design was created using the same elements shown in the product photo: purple dendrobium orchids, white hydrangea, cymbidium orchids, and aspidistra leaves, all within the same color palette. Absolutely gorgeous. Got these for my mom from my sons (they 3 years old and 6 months old, can’t buy her flowers themselves just yet.) She was very happy with them. She sent me a picture and they look just like the website. The shells are such a beautiful touch. She felt so loved and special. I’ve been a long time customer and will remain. Beautiful flowers. Worth every penny. Thank you!
