It was a beautiful bouquet! I upped it to deluxe and should have done the next level up because pictures online can be deceiving - they changed the container so that could have factored in a bit to it looking much shorter and smaller than the picture. It had a lot more color and less greenery making it pop more. Over all I’m happy with how it turned out and learned that they are very easy to communicate with so in the future will make sure to communicate better when ordering.

One caveat - The web site wouldn't allow me to order on Sunday for a Monday delivery, so I waited until after midnight, and it was successful.

Exceptional client services. Due to supply issues, I was unable to obtain my original plant. I was notified about this issue and provided with several options as replacements, instead of me having to go back to Wild Orchid's website. Also, I was given the option for a full refund with apologies for this supply issue.
My final choice was to replace my original plant with a wild orchid (which should have been my first choice given the name of the florist) from their help. To further support my statement of exceptional client service, they promised to send me a photo of the plant prior to being sent out for delivery. I judge that they could have missed this step. True to their word, they follow through with their actions.

When the delivery person arrived, my aunt was not at home and instead of just leaving this expensive arrangement outside where the weather was in the 90's, Erin at the store called me to explain the situation. She said they would simply return the arrangement to their store and deliver it the next day. In the meantime, they were able to contact my cousin, who received the flowers on behalf of my aunt.

While the arrangement looked a little different from the one pictured (which was fine, just be specific if you want exactly what's pictured), it was impressive in size and she LOVED it! Def. a 'Wow!' arrangement. The substitutions made were still true to the orig. design. I felt like it was money well spent. Will order from WOF again :)

I ordered online from a tiny island in Michigan where the closest florist is a half hour away crossing with a ferry or an ice bridge. The woman called as soon as they opened. They were low on flowers but offered to upgrade for free. They texted pics with the finished arrangement, which was beautiful!

I have always loved this florist but the last two times have been a disappointment. This order was for "designers choice" as I feel an artist will always do his/her best work if left to create what they want. The arrangement that was delivered was "ok" design-wise but definitely not worth $60. The value was just not there. Unfortunately I think I will have to look elsewhere going forward.

I got a call for pre-approval on some flower substitutes, which was much appreciated. Once the flowers were ready for delivery a snapshot was sent to my phone and off they went.
