About Us
White Lilies N Paradise is a locally owned florist in Kokomo, Indiana, with more than 15 years of history serving our community and the surrounding area. In 2024, we became the owners of White Lilies N Paradise and have loved carrying on the shop’s tradition while bringing our own creativity, style, and vision to the business. Our goal is to create a welcoming place where customers can find beautiful flowers, thoughtful gifts, and something special for every occasion.
From everyday flowers and birthdays to weddings, proms, anniversaries, sympathy and funeral flowers, and life’s many celebrations, we love creating arrangements that feel personal and meaningful. Our shop also offers silk arrangements, plants, signature-scented candles and wax melts, sympathy keepsakes, lanterns, wind chimes, stepping stones, and unique gifts and home décor. Whether you are celebrating a happy moment, honoring a loved one, or simply letting someone know you are thinking of them, we are here to help you find something that says it beautifully.
We proudly deliver throughout Kokomo and many surrounding communities, including Greentown, Tipton, Logansport, Russiaville, Galveston, and other nearby areas. As a locally owned florist, we are proud to be part of the Kokomo community and to create flowers and gifts that help our customers celebrate, connect, remember, and brighten someone's day.
As the owners of White Lilies N Paradise, we feel incredibly fortunate to do work that allows us to be part of so many important moments in people's lives. We took ownership of the shop in 2024 and quickly fell in love with everything that comes with being a local florist—from designing beautiful arrangements to helping families choose the perfect flowers to celebrate, remember, and show someone they care.
What we love most about this business is that no two days, arrangements, or customers are exactly alike. We enjoy bringing creativity and personality into each design and helping customers find something that feels meaningful rather than simply picking something off a shelf. Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
We are proud to personally deliver flowers throughout Kokomo and the surrounding areas we serve. Our delivery zones and fees are based on distance from our shop so we can provide reliable, timely service while keeping delivery costs reasonable.
Delivery Areas & Fees
Delivery fees vary by location and are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. We currently deliver to select communities surrounding Kokomo. If your address is outside our regular delivery area, please contact us and we’ll be happy to see if we can accommodate your order.
Delivery Cutoff Times
For same-day delivery, please place your order by 3:00 pm Mon-Fri and 11:00 am Sat. Same-day delivery is subject to flower availability and our delivery schedule. Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the following business day.
When No One Is Home
IIf no one is available when we arrive, our driver will first call the recipient using the phone number provided with the order. If there is no answer, the driver will contact our shop, and we will also attempt to reach the recipient from the shop phone.
If we are able to reach someone, we will coordinate the delivery with them based on their instructions and the circumstances at the delivery location.
If we are unable to reach anyone, we will assess the conditions at the location and determine whether it is safe and appropriate to leave the arrangement. If the arrangement can be safely left, our driver will do so in a suitable location.
If we determine that the arrangement should not be left, it will be returned to our shop for safekeeping and a re-delivery will need to be arranged. When an arrangement is brought back to the shop, we will leave a door tag notifying the recipient that we attempted delivery and that their flowers are waiting at the shop.

Please provide accurate delivery information, including the recipient's address, phone number, and any helpful delivery instructions. While we cannot guarantee that every special request can be accommodated, we will always do our best to make the delivery special.

Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
