I am pretty disappointed in the flowers I ordered. The photo they sent looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I am aware they may have to make substitutes and it might not look precisely like the photo but it looks like there were quite a few elements missing from flowers I ordered. This photo looks pretty sad in comparison to what I thought I was ordering. I expected better for $120 purchase. I tried calling about it and she said the photo was a "bad angle" and was going to send me a new one before doing anything else but I have yet to hear back.

I reached out to Westwood Flower Shop to help me send flowers to my girlfriend for her birthday. I've tried a few flower shops in the area in the past, but I was disappointed with the results. Westwood Flower Shop did not disappoint. I ordered a lily flower arrangement with a personalized card, box of chocolates and balloons. They added a really nice bow to the vase.

Disappointing arrangement for the upgrade. White hydrangea seem to have been split in to smaller stems. Only 2 additional hydrangea and 3 additional orchids. Did not resemble the pretty picture online. I was contacted about the change in color regarding the orchids which was fine. I work with and do flower design so am aware of changes that need to be made sometimes. But this was a disappointment and response from the owner as well. Will not be using them again in the future.

Westwood Flower Shop was amazing. I ordered this bouquet to be delivered on Mother's Day, not knowing that florists usually run out of flowers on Mother's Day. (Should have had it delivered the day before or even two days before Mother's Day.) The bouquet arrived with only white and orange alstromeria. (I guess they'd run out of the other colors.) I called a couple of days later to ask if they could bring another bouquet with a brighter and more variegated mix of alstromerias, and they DID - at no charge! The second bouquet was very bright and cheery, and it lasted over TWO WEEKS! I know, because I went to visit my mom two and a half weeks after Mother's Day, expecting the flowers to be dead and gone by then - and they were strong, beautiful and healthy! They even lasted about another week after that. I was astounded. I highly recommend Westwood Flower Shop.

This was ordered for interstate delivery. While the arrangement looks good in the photo and would get 5 stars, there were mistakes made from Customer Service. Those mistakes were as follows:
1.. I had to contact them as to whether or not a verification of delivery is done automatically
2.. The verification was simply an email without a delivery photo attached showing the handoff or being left with the person / business.
These are things that good online sellers do automatically with personal deliveries. If these had been accomplished, perhaps a better rating.

Thanks for delivering the flowers timely, however the flowers were not fresh and as a matter of fact I took some pictures of the flowers which showing the quality of roses used. I expected a lot more based on the reviews online but sadly the quality did not meet my expectations.

I ordered to deliver in the morning but it went late afternoon and she was not home anymore. Also, I asked for red roses and they sent white reddish. They are beautiful and she liked it fortunately, but it wasn't what I expected for the price.

I ordered these from another state and picked the florist blindly by reading their reviews and looked at their Instagram. The arrangement is stunning and my daughter says that the flowers are perfect. Their online order process was easy. They even sent me a follow-up email with a photo of my exact arrangement. Flowers were ordered from Ireland and I have to say was very disappointed when I received the photo to say they had been delivered. The tulips were open and I would say won't last too long.
They were mostly white but some yellow/purpole which seemed fresher...Anyhow I was very disappointed in the delvery and it certainly didn't look like the I Love Tulips photo on the website..

The flowers didn’t even come in a vase, they were handed over in a wrap. Also they did not look like the picture at all. I understand it can vary slightly according to your site, but it wasn’t even close. Wouldn’t return for another arrangement

If I could leave zero stars I would. I received a confirmation of delivery email yet they were never delivered. This was a $150 order. Then when I called I can only get voicemail. I have left a message and called numerous times and no one has returned my call. If you want to throw away a lot of money for nothing in return, this is where to do it.

I spent $120 on an arrangement for my mom for Valentine’s Day. The arrangement arrived with dead flowers and looked NOTHING like the picture advertised. These flowers were a huge disappointment and were honestly laughable. The lack of effort was insulting. Will not be using this shop again!

Ipaid a little extra (premium) and the flowers (roses) are old and they use some very undesirable flowers on the bouquet (marigolds) they don't smell very nice . You should not use them. The substitution of some of the flowers are disproportion in size to the bouquet. I was disappointed with the arrangement.

Disappointed with the flowers delivered. They were nothing like the picture I saw online. I just paid $100 for a cheap looking bouquet. I appreciate the shop calling me back and apologizing. However, the last thing a person who’s grandfather passed away wants to do is dealing with a flower shop that wants to take initial flowers back and getting a replacement bouquet. I would have never even thought suggesting it. 10% refund didn’t do it for me either. They just ruined something nice I wanted to do for a person I care about.

The store was supposed to open at 10am and I called over 10 times between 10-11am to try and sort a fix on the card that was to be included. Finally was returned a phone call after emailing saying we “barely caught them” before sending he driver out. Thankfully that was resolved. Flowers did show up with the colors as described in the picture. Would not purchase from again as it became a disappointing hassle.

It goes without saying that I would have liked those flowers delivered on the day I ordered them, or to have been notified if there was a delay, so that I could order flowers from a shop that could provide prompt delivery.

The delivery was great, on time and I had absolutely no issues ordering online and getting them to a friend at her work.
My friend sent me a photo of the flowers and they were beautiful but a little bit smaller than what was pictured and the gorgeous clear vase with leaves around it was actually just a green vase which I didn't care for.
But other than that, everything was great!

Being 2,200 miles away, I was a bit hesitant about knowing what would really be sent. Getting a picture of the arrangement just before it was delivered was superb customer service.
