I ordered an $80+ arrangement two full days in advance of the delivery date. It was not delivered until the middle of the evening--only after I called the shop to inquire about where it was. (It took close to 10 times to get someone to answer the phone in the first place- very frustrating)
I think the arrangement itself is fine.

The arrangement was very nice. Just would have expected a few more roses or other flowers. Still can't figure out what the tall green stems are - if they are flowers or just greens.

Per you request, we included tropical flowers and leaves(including red ginger, protea and heliconia, variegated lirirope, mini monstera and philo xantal), as well as the bells, roses and hydrangea. We fill to value and each stem has a cost. Tropical flowers and leaves tend to be more costly. We appreciate your input and continually strive to use any information imparted to improve.

Flowers were for my daughter for Valentine's Day and were ordered six days before that day. I gave them my phone number and email address and my daughter's phone number as well. I got a phone call on Valentine's Day that they were having trouble locating the address and I told them more details and they knew then where it was to be delivered.

Got an email at 8 pm that the flowers had been delivered. Called my daughter and she still didn't have the flowers. The flowers delivered the next morning around 9 am. I called and got one excuse after another.

Westford Florist was incredible they were responsive on my calls to coordinate drop off and delivery of my surprise anniversary flowers to my girlfriend. I was told by the recipient that the flowers were beautiful and lovely.
The flowers and chocolates were delivered on the day that I was offered to choose from but I was disappointed that I was not given an option to select the delivery date that I actually wanted (which was July 15th even though I placed the order on July 9th). Apparently, the store manager was out of town on holiday and could not deliver on my preferred date.

I ordered early morning, waited an hour, called, and it was ready within the hour. The arrangement was pictured with white sunflowers but I got white lily's instead. The flowers were beautiful and arrived right on time. Yet, I give a 3 star review for the process of delivery. I had put in the delivery notes to leave the flowers at the front door. They were for my mom for Mother’s Day. Since we cannot visit my parents, as they are in the high risk category for covid19, I needed a contactless delivery. My father had told me the delivery driver knocked on the door with no gloves, no mask and awaited them to answer. She then handed the flowers to him and also had him sign for the flowers with her pen. Makes me wonder how many other people she had been openly in contact with, as well as how many hands that pen had been in already that day. I do not like leaving negative reviews, and want to reiterate my concern is specifically towards the delivery process and not the florist themselves. Yet during a pandemic, and also the day after the order became effective to which we are all mandated to wear a mask when near others, I would expect the delivery drivers for companies to abide by those rules. I will still use this florist, yet will not be ordering deliveries during this time.

I ordered flowers on Friday 3/6/20 for my sister in Westford who had just gotten out of hospital. I purposely looked up a florist in Westford instead of using a big national chain wanting to give business to a local small business. I received 2 emails, one confirming order and with receipt of payment as well as this email asking for a review on how the recipient liked the flowers. It is Sunday 3/8 and I finally asked my sister about flowers since she hadn’t mentioned them in last two days when we talked. She NEVER received them. I felt terrible. She has been home almost 3 days. I am extremely disappointed.

I am sorry that I did not have a Hydrangea plant in stock for you on friday. I tried to call you Three times to discuss further action. I did exactly what I said I would do (saturday before leaving for the weekend) and that was to deliver the hydrangea plant on monday after receiving it from the wholesaler. I did just that so in fact it was delivered to your sister. It isn't my fault that you used a phone number that you don't answer. I am small conscientious owner and unfair reviews like this hurt me personally.
