My experience with Westbank Flower Market was so positive. They called me with a clariying question before the delivery. They delivered on the day i asked for. What i really love was the beauty and quality of the flowers that my daughter received. She said the flowers and the display were the best she had seen and was very, very happy with the flowers. I will definitely use this company again and cannot recommend them enough.

My mom received her flowers and they looked nothing like the image and also did not reflect “premium” which I paid extra for to make it fuller. The phot she sent me was sad with some flowers already wilted and drooping. Disappointed for sure.

When I ordered the flowers from Westbank Florist I was not aware they would be closing at noon. I was headed off to visit a sick fried so I called them to see when I could pick them up. Very pretty flowers, but the red container was a fail because it clashed with the red of the roses. Fortunately we had a black one from previous purchases which works much better as it is inconspicuous and doesn't detract form the beauty of the arrangement.

About 2 years ago I stopped sending flowers to my wife at her West Lake office - prices were too high for the arrangements sent. But I had to send flowers for her 50th birthday and found Westbank Flower Market. They were fantastic - delivered them first thing in the morning (as requested), the price was reasonable and the bouquet was beautiful. My bride loved them - especially the handwritten note. was disappointed with this order because I specified a bouquet of light pink only flowers and when I saw the delivered order in person it was all bright orange flowers. Most of the flowers were spray roses and filler type flowers in this bright orange color - I could have gone to the grocery store and put this together myself. It was not the high-end blooms pictured on this bouquet on the website. I know the arrangements will vary, but this was a much lower-quality arrangement, not the colors I requested. I would have appreciated a phone call or message saying that they didn't have that shade of pink or offer to do something in other colors. Sadly, it was not worth the price they charged me of $125 and I was disappointed

I've always loved your services, but this past Mother's Day arrangement did not look a thing like "Luke" that I ordered well in advance. With that said and done I spent about $185 for an arrangement that was delivered on Friday and was falling apart by Sunday. I realize it was an extremely busy weekend but nevertheless I was disappointed.

Very disappointed with the delivery. I was called by a frustrated driver who said he couldn't get inside the building for the delivery. He stated "before you order flowers you should know how they can be delivered to the location..." like many other customers I am sure, I had not been to that new address. I stated that he likely couldn't get a hold of the recipient because she was in the hospital- likely not to arrive until later in the day. I was hoping the flowers would be something nice for her to come home to, of which he replied "well she will have to just get it at the store when she can". Disappointing service, I won't be a return customer.

I’ve been working without guy for hundreds of dollars if not thousands for your excellent arrangements. This last one sadly missed the mark. My girlfriend was having a bad day and I attempted to brighten it with these flowed. She described them as “sad flowers” literally. They were droopy. Some almost wilted as if they were right on the edge of dying. There was a broken flower stem. She gave it a 5/10. This is not at all what we are used to from you amazing flower shop. Like how easy it was! Although don't like the categories. Shouldn't you always aim to get the freshest flowers? It seemed odd to but the regular knowing that you might deliver withered flowers.

The arrangement delivered looked nothing like this photo. It looked like someone threw two dozen roses in a vase in 5 minutes and rushed it out the door. I was so embarrassed by the arrangement as my wife thought I used some discount flower place that I went and bought two $90 arrangements at HEB on the way home and they each looked three times as good as this $250 arrangement. I spend about $1,000 a month on flowers so this was definitely the wrong guy to short change.

I ordered the Designers choice for $85, and my friend lived about 5 mins away from them so this was an easy delivery. I did just request no daisies. I said I loved peonies and lilies, and my friend sent a photo of the bouquet. While they did use lilies and peonies and I did not expect that (since it was designers choice) I count 3 stalks of lilies, 3 peonies and one hydrangea type flower in the photo, and some greens. Peonies are in season and really cheap now.
