I ordered the Hawaiian tropical wave arrangement because it looked like it was a professional design in a low dish style w the beautiful tropical tiered flowers and large monstera leaf- like those delivered to professional businesses.

Larger than I expected. Display was artfully arranged and the flowers were fresh. Delivery to the hospital was as promised. I deducted one star due to there being no card which I filled out during the ordering process. No card is almost a deal breaker. Imagine my embarrassment in having to say "I bought them for you", eventually when I showed up for a visit later in the day. For the amount of money they cost, a card would have been nice.

Unfortunately, the very expensive $148 tropical floral arrangement was not received by my 87 year-old mother as planned. I contacted you via phone that afternoon, sent an email and received no reply as of yet. I canceled the transaction with my credit card company.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
