I love Watanabe Florist. I ordered a floral arrangement online to be delivered to the hospital, and I was impressed they took the trouble to locate the patient’s room number. The patient was delighted to receive the basket. The day lilies were still in bud, so they would last and be enjoyed longer. Beautiful script type was used for the message card. This was the first time I ordered online. Easy peasy! Better than the picture!

The two floral arrangements that I ordered for two different people at the same business address, were beautiful surprises for the recipients. However, both floral arrangements were ordered on-line, and when the order was placed there was no option to specify who would receive the first arrangement and who would receive the second. There was also no way to write a separate note for each recipient's card so I had to use generic words that would match both people. If the on-line ordering process could be adjusted for customers who order more than one arrangement at a time, so that a different card can be written for each arrangement, and we can specify which arrangement goes to a particular person, this whole process would have been a 5-star transaction. Thank you.

Excellent service. Ordered a floral basket online at 11:00 am on wife’s birthday and it was delivered by 1:30 pm. I left the delivery time loose (saved $15) although delivery only to Kalihi area. Wife loved the flowers - simple yet elegant.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
