Venetian Flowers is a family owned and operated shop. We value each and every customer and take pride in knowing everyone that has come to us has been satisfied with their order. We offer the most unique fresh flower arrangements in Venice, Florida using top quality fresh & some organic flowers.
Here at Venetian Flowers, creativity and quality are at the heart of everything we do. Our floral team has the vast wealth of experience, and attention to detail needed to take your vision for your event or wedding day and turn it into a reality. We use the highest quality flowers and take inspiration from seasonal changes and natural surroundings.
Our artisan arrangements include heirloom garden roses, blowzy peonies, sweet peas, dreamy orchids… we can provide table posies for that important party, add polish to your office setting, add personality to your shop or restaurant, cheer up your special Granny, make your better half smile… In fact there isn’t much we don’t do!
We have a wide variety of tropical orchids. Cymbidium orchids, Lady Slipper orchids, Vanda, Dendrobium, Phalaenopsis and many others. We offer tropical plants and European dish gardens.
In addition to fresh cut artisan floral arrangements and plants, we also offer an array of gift options including balloons, chocolates, plush toys, candles and gift baskets.

Meet Ana Ploskova, Master Floral Designer
Ana has dedicated two decades to perfecting the art of floral design. From intimate birthday bouquets to elaborate wedding florals, Ana creates arrangements that capture emotions and exceed expectations. Her specialty? Sourcing unique blooms you won’t find at other Venice florists—heirloom garden roses, exotic anthuriums, fragrant hyacinths, delicate ranunculus, and seasonal wildflowers.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (941) 312-6688, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (941) 312-6688 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

She sent a pic of the flowers. I specifically asked for no pink but stay in the lavender. I asked you if you had the right flowers for the arrangement the only flower change would be lavender orchid into white orchid because you did not have the lavender.

This was a lovely bouquet and it was truly hot pink! Too often, you order a deep pink bouquet from other florists, and it ends up, looking quite red. The delivery was precisely on time. The flower arrangement was beautiful....... but I had asked the arrangement to be delivered in the a.m. for my wife's 70th birthday. When it did not show, I called. Sara who took the original order, was not pleasant to deal with on the phone. I would tell Sara that it ok to admit that your florist did not meet the goal. Instead, she told me that there is an extra fee for an early delivery. I spent $173 for the arrangement and was taken back when she mentioned the extra fee after the fact. It really ruined my wife's experience. So, I give you a 5 on the arrangement but a 1 on customer service

Ordered in advance the tropical arrangement for my cousin for her birthday to be delivered to her home on the day of her birthday. They arrived at her home which is in a gated community the morning of her birthday and were placed outside her door as she wasn’t home. I initially was concerned that because it was be delivered within a gated community it might be difficult for florist to get in but turned out that was a non issue. I received a notification from the florist when it was out for delivery and could track the timing of delivery and also was provided a notification when delivered with a picture of my order sitting outside her door entrance. My cousin got it when she returned home and absolutely loved it! It was gorgeous. Highly recommend Venetian and the tropical arrangement.

The flowers that were sent didn’t match what was presented in the picture on the website. I had to let them know, they tried to fix it but it still wasn’t the same. It looked sparse and not full like in the picture. Also, the flowers were for a birthday and I added on chocolate. The chocolate that was sent had a Christmas bow on it. It was January. I sent this bouquet to a neighbor during the christmas week, but then found out right after they were going to be away during the time frame it was to be delivered. The delivery was great, however, I ordered a large peace lily priced at over $100 and the one that came to the funeral parlor was smaller than 2 others from other florists. At that point it was too late to do anything. I wasn’t happy to be honest.

The boutinierre was gorgeous but I do have to say the wrong sized straight pin was provided. It was way too long of a pin. It took 6 adults and one photographer to get it on for photos and it fell off shortly after. Without the wrong pin, it would have been 5 stars.

Ana and her team went above and beyond to do a custom arrangement for my father's celebration of life. Ordered the Rose Elegance based on the picture in the catalogue which was of a nice bright springtime white, yellow, peach and purple and fitting for spring time of the year. I have purchased arrangements in the past from Venetian flowers and was always happy with the standard option in each of the purchased. This time around, I wanted the arrangement to be extra special so went for the premium option which supposedly includes higher quality flower in this category. First, the arrangement sent was not any better then the standard arrangements purchased in the past and not worth the extra money charged. Second, the roses chosen were not as bright as the picture as they used too many darker colored roses making the arrangement seem blah and dull when looking at it straight on as it sits on the shelf compared to looking down on it from above like the picture sent when delivered. Thirdly, the roses chosen did not appear to be of any different quality that purchased in the past and again not worth the extra cost. If I ever order flowers in future it certainly will be for the so called premium version.

As always perfect and beautiful! This time I got 1 dozen lavender roses. They were delivered on Tuesday before Valentines Day. As of today, 11 days later they are still standing straight and beautiful. We found out that if you get really good rose's that if you trim the stems at an angle and change the water every 2- 3 days they will last longer. It works. Venetian Flowers delivered the best and taking the time to give them the attention needed absolutely proves that they will certainly look great. Still curious as to how many more days this will work. This is unacceptable, especially since they were ordered a week in advance. Not sure I will do business here again. There are other florists in the area. I was advised by the Windsor that the flowers did not arrive until Sat, August 24th. I’m disappointed that they did not arrive on time. I called at the last minute to order flowers for Mother’s Day. They took my order but explained they had so many orders that they probably would be delivered on Monday. I said ok I understand but it’s Friday and if they could be delivered on Saturday that would be great. They are not open on Sunday. I talked to my mom on Sunday morning and wished her happy Mother day. She called me back an hour later and said what beautiful flowers! They actually delivered on Sunday which was above and beyond the call of duty. Fantastic service but please don’t expect that every time. I need to do better planning ahead but thank you for making up for me being late. I have never had an issue here and I have used them often. First class

The Mother's Day arrangement that I ordered was delivered at 8:30pm on Saturday night before Mother's Day. My Mom said it looked like the flowers had been sitting in the truck all day and actually plucked out a few dead stems upon arrival. The remaining flowers were wilty and never perked up. Delivery was made the day following my requested delivery date. There was no communication that this was going to occur. A voice mail was left at 9:30 PM, long after the delivery was expected. Nonetheless, your email confirmation showed that it had been delivered on the date requested which was not the case. The flowers looked tired. Maybe the bouquet was prepared the day it was supposed to be delivered and so it wasn't as fresh as expected when the delivery was actually made. I was surprised because I have been a long-term customer and haven't had these types of problems. Disappointing experience.

I am still waiting on an email response. My flowers where not delivered and my sister had to go get them and Hand deliver them. I then got a confirmation that my flowers where hand delivered..... this did not happen we had to go get them. She was told that I input the wrong address and I double checked and the address I put in is the exact one on Google and i put the business name. You can't Google precision in venice without this exact business being pulled up. The flowers where ....ok the photo was much better but I am still waiting to hear about the $30 I paid for delivery and tip to the driver I am expecting a refund.

The roses were in pretty rough shape when they arrived. They were dropped off in front of my garage and not my door - which seemed a weired place to leave them. We had 2 days where they were "presentable" and then we had to through them out. My wife was disappointed in them.

I’ve used this place several times and usually loved it. My mother’s birthday is unfortunately on Valentine’s Day. I had called the day before to make sure they would deliver it when she was home. The girl Lilly told me from 7a-7p and that I can call the day of for an update and ETA. Well, the day of their phones were off and went straight to a full mailbox ALL day. The flowers came at 9:30pm after my mom’s day was over and she was in bed. To ice the cake the happy birthday balloon was never delivered. The flowers looked half dead. When I finally got through the next day to complain, all that was done was a refund for the missing balloon. My mother had to physically go there with the flowers to show how horrific it was. They redid the flower arrangement and I am still dissatisfied because they do not resemble the picture, it’s mainly orange roses that are all open and I’m sure will die in two days. I should have been refunded for this awful experience. If you can’t take on the amount of orders for a special occasion then you shouldn’t be scheduling all of them for the day.

My impression from a photo (I am not there), is that the item delivered did not look as well as your picture. The greenery is not as artistically done and appears rather bushy instead with a much reduced quantity of the decorative white flowers.

My friends were happy with the bouquet BUT it was delivered to the wrong villa which was empty ( nobody was living there.) They had to go hunting for the flowers the day after they were delivered. They told me the flowers were nice but I didn't see them myself. Maybe they were just being nice because they knew I was upset because they didn't receive ther delivery until the thr day after it was delivered. Plus it was outside the door of the wrong house and the house was empty (nobody lived there) By the time they found the flowers I'm not sure they looked as good as the ones in the picture I was sent! This was not a picture of the delivered flowers. There is no brick in the building . . . The walls are a white stucco.

I couldn't get to my mother for her birthday this year, so I splashed out on a bouquet of flowers from Venetian. I decided to go ahead and spend a little more than I usually would because it was her 75th birthday. Well...she loved them and said the person doing the delivery was very friendly. She's not very good with sending photos from her phone, so I asked my brother (who arrived later in the day) to send me one. He said the flowers were stunning and from the photo, I would have to agree. It was worth every penny.
I should also add that I had scheduled the delivery for her actual birthday, but realized later that they should really arrive ahead of the weekend, when she'd be having guests. The people at Venetian were very helpful in making the change.

I ordered a lovely "Spring it On" bouquet for my daughter-in-law's birthday on a Saturday & they had it delivered as promised on Monday. I went into the flower shop to ask for the date to be changed for delivery. The first lady I encountered was very irritable. Another lady stepped in and tried to help. She took my name and wrote down the information in her phone to move delivery two days later. Well, my wife and I were out of town and came home to the flowers on the porch. Wilted and browned. Will not order again and will let everyone know who will listen that this is not the place to order flowers from. Yes, folks were stressed, it was the thursday before mother's day. But, not the way to talk to customers and may I suggest getting a system in place where you can simply pull the order up and change it. If that system IS in place, well, the first lady wanted me to figure it out. And the second lady didn't change a thing in the account even though she pulled it up on her phone.

This was my mothers first mothers day after having moved away so I had went all out with the deluxe version of the bouquet I picked for her. If you can afford a flower delivery service, it's worth paying the extra for what they call the hand picked bests. They truly are the best of the best. I'm not sure if they don't deliver Sunday or I just did not go far enough out (two weeks ahead) but I did not specify a time and they got to her at about 10 am. Pricey, but they have the quality to back it up. I've set quite a high bar for myself now, thank you Venetian Flowers.

This was my 2nd order from Venetian Flowers for what I believed would be a more frequent occurrence of sending flowers to my mother as we live 1,400 miles apart. The first flowers were wonderful and my mother kept complimenting on how beautiful they remained even a week or two later. This time, for my mother's 85th birthday and 63rd wedding anniversary. I ordered a colorful orchid with some branches and greenery as I know my parents enjoy orchids. I realized the stock image is just representative but the disparity between the stock image and what was delivered was like night and day. The response was "Well, this, uh, is unusual". Not the response I was hoping for after spending $110. The vase was cream colored, the orchids were white, and instead of multiple branches, pussy willows (white) accompanied the arrangement with the one branch that had a plastic monarch butterfly clipped to it. This was the only colorful aspect of the arrangement. The arrangement seemed more appropriate for a memorial and elicited a somber feeling than one of celebration. I was truly disappointed and had hoped by purchasing locally (and at a premium price) to where my parents lived that the arrangement would have been as wonderful as before. When paying a premium over online places, this should not be a hit or miss experience.

I sent my wife flowers for her birthday. They were delivered on Monday and by Thursday they were completely wilted and some were already dead. She changed the water everyday and used the packet that was provided. I have tried calling the shop multiple times and no one ever answers the phone.
This was a rather expensive arrangement, they should have lasted longer than 4 days.

My girlfriend has been in Venice Florida to spend some of the winter months while I’m “STUCK IN OHIO” working and enjoying the cold,snow,dark gloomy ugly days . I have used Venetian Flowers twice. My mom just sent a picture of what she received. While we understand that what is put together won’t look exactly the same as the picture, we were surprised by the lack of flowers and significant amount of greenery you sent. What she received is a lot of green and six stalks of lilacs. Your image online only shows flowers.
