We ordered this for a SCAD graduate who seemed very happy to receive it. She posted pictures which looked just as beautiful as what we saw on the website. We are on the "left coast" and originally thought we'd have to order from a chain store, since we don't know florists in Savannah. It was well worth the extra money for the quality and individual attention they provided.
We were fortunate to find Urban Poppy. They were very responsive to our inquiries about the flowers used and our delivery concerns. They made sure the arrangement was delivered as requested with notifications to both us and the recipient. We are thrilled with Urban Poppy and would use them again if the opportunity arises.

Hi. The flowers were great. However, the fact that the flowers got left in the alley behind the house downtown was less than great. I left explicit instructions for the delivery person to call upon arrival to ensure they didnt get left and those were not followed. For $30 in delivery fees on a $65 dollar arrangement, that was extremely disappointing.

I am from out of town and called Urban Poppy to order a flower arrangement for a client of mine as a toke of appreciation. I had to call last minute to change the delivery date from Thursday to Tuesday and although the arrangement was already prepared, Urban Poppy was more than accommodating to the last minute change. I love that you receive an actual picture of the arrangement prior to delivery and also delivery confirmation - great use of technology. Fantastic customer service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Urban Poppy for local and out of town customers.

Way way overpriced. The flowers were lovely, to be sure, but my mother was disappointed at the quality and I was disappointed in the price given my mother's displeasure . She said that some of the stems were bedraggled and looked a little less than fresh and a few she had to remove. I saw the arrangement later in the afternoon and was surprised at how cramped and crowded it looked; as tho they tried to cram too many flowers into too little space. Given the price I paid, I would have like to see something a little better presented - perhaps more open, not quite so claustrophobic. I have placed other orders thru BloomNation.com and been very pleased; that changed with this order. I
