The picture of this arrangement was so beautiful. But the one we ordered and got for mother's day did not turn out good. It didn't look "arranged" at all. Everything looked like it was just stuck in the bowl with the two very long flower stems which were way too long for this arrangement. We have been happy with Town and Country in the past but this arrangement was very disappointing. I would send a picture of what we got but I don't see a way to do that here.

The ordering process was very simple and allowed room to put a message for the person the plant was for but also delivery instructions for the shop. They were able to get a delivery done with 24 hour notice too so that was nice. I didn't see the actual plant that was delivered but I haven't heard any complaints.

Unfortunately, the flowers were only pretty for a day. Half came alive, half were not bloomed yet. However, the vase was too small for the amount of flowers, causing them to die within 2 days. I am disappointed for my mother, as these were a surprise for her birthday, and they barely lasted 48 hours.

The flowers were delivered on time, but unfortunately the hydrangea had brown spots on much of it, the rose petals were dry and falling off a day later, many flowers were drooping in less than 24 hours and the arrangement was lopsided. Pretty colors of flowers were included, but overall, it was very, very disappointing.

I knew it wouldn't look just like the picture of course, but the arrangement included so many seed pods it distracted from the succulents, and it was hard to see the driftwood, which is what drew me to this arrangement in the first place.

( it wasnt there fault ) The lady called me monday morning and told me they had none of the flowers I requested. She says I can do a better arrangement with a free upcharge are we can overnight them from Miami and we will make that a upcharge jus because you been so patient with us.. they were kind and went out of the way to help me. The flowers delivered to my mom looked just like the picture and were very fragrant. The arrangement was ordered first thing in the morning for delivery that day. At around 12:30 I got a call that they were having trouble delivering the flowers as my mom lives in a gated community. I gave them another phone number to contact her and the flowers were delivered within an hour. I was very happy with the customer service and the flower arrangement that was delivered. My mom was so impressed with the arrangement she stated she would be using them for any future flower deliveries. I will be using Town and Country Floral in the future as well.

I picked the white pitcher because you couldn’t see through it and it was classy.. if y’all don’t have white pitchers you should post that you are out.. I didn’t not like the clear pitcher or the height of it and the flower arrangement was not very symmetrical... it looked weird.. I understand all flowers are not available year-around but the colors usually are so the color scheme should of been similar but wasn’t the one that y’all choose I felt did not go well with the sunflowers and I absolutely did not like the black and white ribbon around it... not at all.

The picture she sent me on the Texas dirt by the ranch gate was not very flattering, however she said they were beautiful, wasn’t sure what the big red cones were, I said I thought they were going to be berrys, but either way in the birch vase she said that they look beautiful on the kitchen island and fill her home with a great aroma. The service was prompt and friendly. I requested an ETA and got a response within minutes. Only thing I was disappointed a bit with was it was not delivered as pictured. The hydrangeas were just next to each other and didn't form the beautiful half-globe like shape as pictured above, there was a black and white striped ribbon/bow included with it which I found to be a bit odd looking against the soft blues and yellows of the flowers, and the vase wasn't a short, round glass. It was a typical tall vase that was supposed to mimic the look and shape of a tree stump.
She loved the flowers, so I'm not super unhappy, just did not arrived as pictured. A way to fix that if they were out of the type of vase pictured or they couldn't arrange it with the way the flowers were to look as pictured, would've been to contact me with the modifications that were required.

This is the first time I use your Florist. We have an employee that is out sick, and I submitted to a local florist and after doing everything, they told me they could not go out to Granbury. I found your business on the internet, and the employee loved her flowers.

I ordered a custom bouquet and mentioned a coffee mug I saw in one of the themed bouquets. They used that mug and put together a beautiful arrangement in the colors I requested. And the card was a handwritten note. Such a nice touch. I will definitely use them again!

Very nice. The recipient was so happy she sent me a photo of the arrangement. My only criticism is that the arrangement looked very top heavy because the vessel was so small compared to the florals. Overall, though, it’s much better to have more and bigger flowers than to have a meager arrangement, so the criticism is very minor. Thank you!

I used Town and Country Floral for the first time for birthday flowers for my mom. I don't live in Granbury so I chose a florist based off their website and photos. The customer service was amazing and they were able to do same day delivery for me. When my mom received the flowers, she sent me pictures and they were gorgeous. A bit of mix up with delivery but it was fixed promptly and with amazing follow up . My daughters great grandmother (recipient) told me it was the prettiest arrangement she's ever seen ...and she's 85 ! Kept saying how detailed the arrangement was etc . 5 stars ! Wont ever use Pro Flowers or 1800Flowers again. Nor any other flower shops locally . These people are amazing. I'm committed! Wow !

I'm pleased with my order and will use Town and Country again if I have the opportunity. The delivered when requested but the main thing was that I specifically requested blue hydrangeas, and, knowing hydrangeas as I do, I wasn't sure that could be guaranteed so I was pleased to arrive at the memorial service and see blue hydrangeas.

I always order from this florist because, in the past, they have done such beautiful and unique work, but not this time. I was extremely disappointed when I saw the arrangement my mother received from me for Mother's Day. The bouquet looked like something you could get from 1-800-flowers or pick up at the local grocery store. It had pink carnations in it, probably the most basic cheap flower one can get and certainly NOT what I wanted for my mother's gift. Not at all worth the price - I will reconsider where I order from next year.

I was quite disappointed with the version of this that was done. Although I selected the "premium" option, the arrangement delivered was considerably less lush than shown. Several of the roses used had petal tips that were already beginning to turn brown and the arrangement overall had a "compact" look/feel- unlike the light, "airy" look shown. The container was nothing at all like the one pictured. I realize substitutions are often made however, a black, carved, visually heavy crate/box is not an acceptable replacement for a vintage "French" container.

We ordered this arrangement on line, we called the next day to make sure all was well with the order. The ladies had already made the arrangement and it was at the funeral home. The ladies were very friendly over the phone, and the pricing was very good ! We do business with Town and Country Floral often. My husband is in Law Enforcement in Granbury, so we send flowers quite often !

I placed my order online with delivery scheduled for the next day. The order was placed in a timely manner in which next day delivery was available/offered. However, next day delivery did not happen, when I called to ask about why it had not been delivered, all that I was told was that she did not know how it was over looked and she was sorry, it would be delivered after 11am that day. I asked if she would waive the delivery charge, she stated she would have to ask her boss and return my call.....no call back was ever made nor was my delivery charged waived. The flowers were delivered around 12-1230pm. My thinking is they should have made a point to deliver the arrangement ASAP, and at least a courtesy call back from the owner stating yes or no to waiving the delivery charge.
