Hello, I already explained this to you. At the time, we didn't have more red roses. We gave you 25 roses in total. You only specified that you wanted red and white roses. Since this order was for the same day, in our policies, if we don't have a flower available, it is replaced by another of the same value. In this case, it was more of a white rose. We did a very good job, we delivered the flowers very quickly. We regret that you couldn't be more clear about what you wanted. Have a good afternoon.

If the person who placed the order does not specify the time they want the flowers delivered, the flowers will be delivered in the order they arrive. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
