You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (928) 757-3747, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

The roses delivered were not all pink tipped as described in the advertising. There were light blue ones included, which I didn't find appealing. Also to note, the cards included were to the same person instead of the 2 different names I indicated in my online order, which caused confusion for the recipients, both of which are my staff members. I was disappointed because I thought I was purchasing a spring arrangement of yellow daisies and pink carnations, with beautiful pops of two different purple flowers.
What was delivered was an arrangement of white daisies and yellow carnations, with smaller pops of pink flowers.

I was torn on what star level to give. The arrangement was great. Beautifully done. Lots of colors and really put together well with the container. My big problem was I ordered a ballon with it. I ordered an "I Love You" ballon to tie it all together for my wife for our 13th wedding anniversary. I even put in "anniversary" under the occasion tab. However, when it was delivered it had a "Happy Birthday" ballon attached to it. So instead of a sweet message my wife thought it was for someone else and others thought it was a joke.

Your delivery driver really makes things so much better as she calls and make sure the flowers are delivered to the right place. I had the wrong address but she called to make sure the flowers were delivered to the correct address. I got the idea because I was delivered flowers just a few days earlier because of some losses I have had and they turned out beautifully and made me feel loved and special. The person that sent the flowers gave the wrong address and the delivery driver called me and went out of her way to bring them to the correct address so not once but twice she went out of her way to make sure we got our delivery. This company is fast and efficient with same day delivery, they had the flowers made in a couple of hours and they were at her door making her feel loved and thought of. The flowers smell amazing and the ones we received came in cute mugs that will be cherished years down the road. You called it a Christmas Designers Choice so I expected that with your expertise and my previous satisfaction with other orders that this would be an incredibly impressive flower arrangement for CHRISTMAS no less. My friend took a photo of what you made and it SUCKS. I could have purchased something like that at Safeway for $20.00. I paid $25.00 for delivery, but paid a LOT more for the flower arrangements and it was completely and totally underwhelming. I didn't order a CANDLE, but one was stuck in the middle and crooked, very small little flower thing. Flowers were 6 pink/white carnations, a bunch of green ferns, two pine cones, and 3 or 4 white carnation looking flowers. There wasn't a pretty vase with long stem type colorful Christmas flowers like a FLORIST would provide. Like I said, I could have purchased something like that at Safeway, dime a dozen, nothing "designer" about it. I will not be purchasing flowers from you in the future. There are others in your area that do a much better job than this. You completely dropped the ball and lost a repeat customer.

I would recommend the Tilted Tulip for floral arrangements in the Kingman, AZ area. I live in Georgia and wanted to send flowers to my sister in the hospital. Most of the online companies these day (even FTD it seems) want to mail the arrangement or were going to take a couple days. Tilted Tulip delivered the next day a beautiful arrangement, and their communication was very helpful in keeping me posted. I would have given them a 5 star but the arrangement didn't look exactly like this one would have been fine but what was missing is the sprigs of leaves or eucalyptus - whatever the greenery is sticking out of the flowers. This seems to give the arrangement some bulk and elegance. My sister's while very cute lacked that little something to put it to a 5. I'd still definitely order from them again.

I have heard from some that they may seem expensive, Tilted Tulip is the best and well worth it. Your bouquet or any floral arrangement will last longer than 2 weeks, try that with store bought. I have flowers delivered to my business every other week. It's a small arrangement that will easily show beautifully for 2 or 3 weeks. During the weekend, I ordered online through their website and I'm out of state. The ease of navigating to what I wanted was excellent. I chose a heart wreath but I was a little disappointed when I received an email from them on Monday morning saying they didn't have that in inventory.
