Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

|There wasn’t a single flower in my bouquet that was shown in the product photo or mentioned in the description. I completely understand that flower availability can vary seasonally, but if none of the featured flowers are available, I would strongly recommend removing that bouquet from the website until the original design can be offered again.
When the flowers are completely different from what is pictured and described, it becomes an entirely different bouquet and can understandably lead to a loss of trust with customers.
The only remedy offered was for me to bring the bouquet back so your team could add more greenery. While I appreciate the effort to make it better, I was disappointed that the solution didn’t address the fact that the bouquet I received was fundamentally different from what I had purchased.

We’re truly sorry to hear that your bouquet did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your frustration and value your suggestion regarding seasonal availability.
Unfortunately, removing every floral image from our website when flowers are out of season would mean removing nearly all of our floral imagery, as flower availability naturally changes throughout the year. During the summer months in the Coachella Valley, fresh flower availability is especially limited, and in this case, we were also working within a 24-hour turnaround to accommodate your requested pickup.
For your bouquet, we did make the arrangement larger than the product image and used higher-quality flowers than those shown. We did not initially include greenery, but we were happy to offer adding greenery to help create the wildflower aesthetic you were looking for.
That said, we genuinely wish this had been discussed with our team at the time of pickup. Had we known the arrangement felt too different from what you had envisioned, we would have been happy to work with you then to redesign it into something more appropriate to your preferences.
We’re sorry that this experience left you disappointed, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to improve how we communicate seasonal substitutions with our customers.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
